Ich habe vor etwa 15 Jahren zwei Lampen gekauft. Eine Stehlampe und eine Tischlampe.Die Blätter waren inzwischen schon nicht mehr schön und ich dachte , ich muss die weg werfen und mir was neues besorgen. Dank ChatGPT habe ich erfahren, das man Blätter preiswert neu bestellen kann. Und nun habe ich zwei frische Lampen für wenig Geld. Bin sehr zufrieden. Tolles Konzept

El producto comprado ha llegado correctamente a Menorca después de un largo recorrido. Estoy satisfecha con la respuesta de UMAGE. Lo menos positivo fue la tardanza inicial (3 días) para comunicar que el envío había sido preparado y enviado pero, globalmente, el servicio ha sido correcto.

To summarise: this product is neither sustainable, high-quality nor functional.

We purchased the CARMINA lampshade because we genuinely loved the design. Unfortunately, the actual product does not seem to reflect any of the principles promoted on UMAGE’s website, such as sustainability, functional quality or the idea that “nature will prevail.”

First, the lampshade is made entirely from plastic (polypropylene and polycarbonate). These materials are not even listed among the materials highlighted on the company’s website. Selling a fully plastic product while heavily promoting sustainability feels misleading.

Second, we did not receive an assembled lampshade. We received a box containing laser-cut plastic pieces that had to be assembled entirely by ourselves. No cord, socket or suspension set was included. For the price, the product feels remarkably cheap and unfinished.

The biggest surprise, however, came when we realised that the entire lampshade must be partially disassembled simply to change the light bulb. We contacted UMAGE because we genuinely couldn't believe that this was the intended procedure. After waiting 10 days for a response, they confirmed that several of the plastic blades must be removed until there is enough space to fit your hand inside and replace the bulb.

This is a ceiling lamp. Having to stand on a ladder and dismantle part of the lampshade every time the bulb needs replacing is absurd, inconvenient and potentially unsafe. There is nothing functional or well designed about that.

Beyond its appearance, it is an overpriced collection of plastic pieces with extremely poor functionality. The product fell far below our expectations.
