Mirror received completely broken, no client service assistance.
I ordered a mirror with a wooden shelf on UMAGE website. The courier delivered a damaged package, with broken adesive tape. Inside the box both the mirror and the wooden shelf were damaged.
I contacted Umage client service the previous 10 days, in all possible and different ways and I still have not received any answer.
One of the worst experience I have ever had shopping online.

Audacious Desk
Audacious Desk. Beautiful, well-constructed, sturdy desk. However, marking down for 2 reasons, one because depth measurement is not 60cm it is 54cm. Second reason, self-construction went very well until I got to the metal brackets for the sliding doors. Ridiculously small nails in a tight space, can't screw the nails in without getting especially small screwdriver and someone with small hands. Even at that incredibly difficult because the pre-drilled holes are too shallow so hard to keep screw straight enough. Also instructions for installing top metal bracket very unclear.

Great value for money
I ordered 2 table lamps with Ribbon shields, they came very fast, very well packaged. I also like lamps a lot - both quality and design. Highly recommended, value for money is really great!!!

Simply bad customer service
Simply bad customer service. I have mailed them five times over the course of a year to buy a small plastic replacement hanger for the Vita Cannonball. The two times they have answered - the replies have been
1. That the product is not in stock at the moment - no "we'll get back to you" or "we'll ship you a spare part as soon as they arrive". No info about when they can be expected to arrive. Which is fine i suppose, the customer can email them again at a later point.
2. After four emails they replied for the second time. A reply that had no relevance to my question. They instead told me that the lamp is now in stock again. With a link to buy the lamp from their homepage.
A simple "no, we are not going to help you" would have saved me the time to keep emailing them.

Nye blade til lampen
Jeg har for lang tid siden købt 2 Silvia lamper mini og nu var tiden inde til at få udskiftet bladene og her fandt jeg lige hvad jeg skulle bruge hos Umage. Jeg fandt de typer blade jeg havde brug for og fik bestilt det hele. betaling forløb uden problemer og kort tid efter dukkede min pakke op i postkassen. Slet ingen problemer under hele forløbet og jeg handler gerne hos Umage en anden gang. Mine bedste anbefalinger til Umage

Nice chairs but wrong chair legs/ Problem solved. Received correct legs.
I ordered 4 Time flies chairs with BLACK chair legs but received chairs with BRASS chair legs. I sent claim note immediately after received chairs but no response for several days. Umage: please check order #16395 and respond ASAP.
Otherwise chairs we nice but chair legs we wrong.
After several days I got answer from Umage and they sent me black chair legs. I also could send back those wrong brass legs at the same time.
Everything went smoothly at the end.
I am happy now with my nice chairs.

My parcel never arrived
My parcel wasn't delivered and impossible to get in touch with somebody. No answer to my emails .
