Op 27 januari 2 lampenkappen besteld, 3 dagen later netjes thuis geleverd. € 100 goedkoper dan op een andere site voor steeds dezelfde kwaliteit! Zeer tevreden. Ik zou zeker deze firma aanraden om er iets te kopen. Ik zal er in ieder geval opnieuw kopen als ik iets nodig heb. Dankjewel!!

On 16.1.2025 I bought a few things on the web shop and immediately paid via PayPal. Since then I have sent several emails to their official email asking when they plan to send my goods. I still have not received a response. Today is 27.1.2025. Conclusion, disastrous aftersale service. I will wait another day and if they do not send the goods from PayPal and ask for my money back. I learned on the site what "umage" means. Well, in Cajun French - spoken in New Orleans and Louisiana - "umage" is "lagniappe", a good sounding word and excellent notion.

Design ansprechend, Produktion massiv mangelhaft
Das Design und Fotos sind ansprechend und verlocken zum bestellen. Wir haben über Westwing die Kommode Holz-Sideboard Treasures und den Eichenholz-Trittleiter Step It Up bestellt, beide Teile kamen perfekt verpackt mit einer hochwertig anmutenden Aufbauanleitung.
Alles mit dem Qualitätsversprechen "with Love from Copenhagen". Das mag für die Produktidee, das Design und die Fotos zutreffen, aber die Produktionsqualität ist leider weit von diesem Versprechen entfernt. Der Aufbau macht keinen Spass und erfordert individuelle Lösungen.
Löcher sind dick mit Lack gefüllt, das Lack abplatzt,
Kunststoffmuffen fehlen wodurch die sich Möbelverbinder nicht befestigen lassen
helle Stoffüberzüge wurden mit dreckigen Händen eingepackt und sind verschmutzt.
ein Scharnierstift (Metall) ist nicht in 90 Grad auf die Trägerplatte geschweißt und enthält Schweißerpickel, dadurch lässt sich die Deckplatte der Kommode nicht montieren.
die Verschlussmuttern der Möbelverbinder sind von solcher schlechter Qualität, das ständig Material von dem Aluguss abfällt und ein Verbinder ganz bricht
Bei der Trittleiter sind platzt massiv Lack ab beim zusammensetzten, Löcher für die Holzstift sind so sehr mit Lack gefüllt, dass die Holzdübel nicht mehr rein passen, der Hammerschlag bekommt den Holzdübel rein, aber dadurch auch weit über das Loch hinweg Lack ab.
2 Bohrungen waren nicht parallel wodurch sich der Stuhl nicht zusammenstecken lies
Das macht so alles keinen Spass,
es fehlt an Qualitätskontrollen und Stichproben.
Wir haben die Waren jetzt reklamiert und hoffen auf eine kulante Lösung. Vielmehr würde ich mir jedoch wünschen, dass anderen Kunden so etwas erspart bleibt.

Lækkert design, materialer og funktionalitet i top!
Modtog to Asteria Move bordlamper i går, som oversteg alle mine forventninger: flot design, lækre materialer, nem at samle - og virkelig fleksibel lampe uden de grimme ledninger. Apropos ledninger så er den medfølgende oplader med USB-c stik rigtig smart, fx kan man oplade andre ting, og med et enkelt klik, kan den forvandles til et amerikansk stik! Gennemtænkt design!
Med fire forskellige lysstyrker passer den ind ALLE steder i huset og i mange funktioner fx i reoler, i vindueskarme, som hygge i hjørner, på et spisebord - eller som læselampe ved sengen.
Det var også en fornøjelse bare at pakke dem ud - emballagen på UMAGE produkter er lækker og passer godt på tingene. Jeg er fan!

I love this company. I just received my 4th order and once again, everything was excellent. The quality of the products is outstanding, and the designs are simply beautiful.
