Carmina lamper går let i stykker
Super smukke lamper, som desværre går i stykker med et par års mellemrum, hvorefter bladene skal udskiftes. Kundeservice var hjælpsom indenfor garantien dog. De kan, naturligvis, ikke længere hjælpe mig.
Jeg har 8 Carmina lamper i forskellige størrelser, som ikke har for varme pærer og som ikke hænger i direkte sollys og alligevel bøjer og knækker de efter et par år. Ærgerligt at de ikke er mere holdbare, det kan hurtig blive en dyr løsning med disse lamper, som er blevet udskiftet et par gange, men nu tror jeg, at jeg må finde en anden lampe, der er holdbar.

Jeg er glad for at høre, at vores kundeservice kunne hjælpe dig, mens lamperne stadig var inden for reklamationsperioden.
Carmina-lampeskærmen er fremstillet i polypropylen, som giver de karakteristiske, lette blade og det bløde lysudtryk. Samtidig er det et materiale, der over tid kan blive mere skrøbeligt, særligt hvis det eksponeres for sollys gennem længere tid.
Netop derfor har vi gjort bladene tilgængelige som reservedele, så lampen kan fornyes ved at udskifte enkelte dele i stedet for at købe en helt ny lampe.
Vi vil selvfølgelig gerne hjælpe dig videre bedst muligt. Så hvis du accepterer vores anmodning om flere oplysninger via Trustpilot, sender jeg dig gerne en besked med et tilbud, hvis du ønsker at udskifte dine lamper. Du er naturligvis meget velkommen til at benytte dig af det.

Sehr schöne Lampe ohne Zweifel. Miserable Innenbauteile, alles made in China. Montage an der Deckenhalterung sehr mühsam,es wäre deutlich einfacher , wenn die Befestigungsschrauben länger wären, da für die Hand bei hochgezogener Hand kaum dran kommt. Höhenverstellschraube zerbrach bereits beim Auseinanderschrauben zur Erstmontage -Für Centbeträge liese sich auch eine stabiliere aus Metall verwenden. Kabel muss gekappt werden bei deckennaher Positionierung, da sonst kein Platz im Gehäuse Habe neue Höhenverstellung nachbestellt - Auslieferung an GLS Paketshop -Abholung schwierig - komme später etc.

Received what appears to be a used product...
(I have now updated my review after Umage sendt a replacement table)
I was very happy with my first direct order from Umage — fast delivery and great quality lamps.
Unfortunately, my second order has been a completely different experience.
The story:
I ordered a Duende writing desk, but received what appears to be a used product: visible scratches, yellowed oak surface, and a production date more than two years old. There were also missing parts, and one component is now jammed after trying to assembly. Delivery was delayed by two weeks, and communication regarding my complaint has been very slow.
I was offered a small discount to keep the desk in this condition, which is not acceptable. I have requested either a full refund or a brand-new replacement, but I am still waiting for a proper response.
In the same order, I also purchased an Asteria Move lamp. The build quality feels far below expectations, and the dimming function is poorly designed for bedside use - can only dim brighter before turning off.
I was yery disappointed and I am happy to share that Umage resolved this after some time. All good now :)

Witam wszystkich którzy kupili lub chcą…
Witam wszystkich którzy kupili lub chcą kupić lampy eos.
Zamówiliśmy dwie lampy na stolik nocny ponieważ u sufitu mamy już dużą lampę i chcieliśmy mieć komplet w sypialni. Lampy przyszły pięknie opakowane ale koniec na tym moich zachwytów. Firma UMAGE czy jak tam się zwą zapewnia o wysokiej jakości swego produktu ale to niestety tylko puste słowa!!! Jedna z lamp ma krzywą podstawę a oba klosze z piór są tak wyskubane że widać białe satynowe taśmy!!! Próbowaliśmy je układać ręcznie oraz suszyć suszarką ale niestety NIC to nie zmieniło. Uwaga teraz będzie najciekawsze....na metce która była przypięta do lamp widniała data produkcji- 2011 rok a mamy 2026...! Lampy gdzieś tam leżały tyle lat że te pióra tak się uformowały że nic nie da się z nimi już zrobić!!! Klosze były tak posklejane że nie mogliśmy ich rozłożyć!!! Ponadto wejście USB jest tak stare że nie pasuje do uwczesnych standardów! Za tyle pieniędzy człowiek spodziewał się lamp premium jak zapewnia producent na swoich stronach!!! Niestety mija się to z prawdą. Serwis jest po prostu FATALNY. Chcieliśmy zareklamować te lampy i naszym życzeniem był towar zgodny z ich opisem i nie tak "przeterminowany". W odpowiedzi otrzymaliśmy że musimy się uzbroić w cierpliwość i że lampy się ułożą!!! Nózka od lampy zapewne też sama się naprostuje....?!!!! W konflikt włączył się pośrednik PAYPAL i zasugerował nam że możemy odesłać lampy na koszt własny do Danii...!!!! TO JEST SKANDAL. Z CZYMŚ PODOBNYM NIGDY NIE SPOTKALIŚMY SIĘ W NIEMCZECH....!!! RADZĘ OMIJAĆ TĘ FIRMĘ SZEROKIM ŁUKIEM PONIEWAŻ ZOSTALIŚMY Z DWIEMA STARYMI I WYSKUBANYMI LAMPAMI KRZYWYMI JAK WIEŻA W PIZIE!!!!! I jeszcze jedno- proszę ów firmę aby NIE ODPISYWAŁA NA POWYŻSZY KOMENTARZ I OPINIĘ ANI O USPRAWIEDLIWIENIE KTÓRE ZAMIESZCZACIE TU POD WSZYSTKIMI NIEWYGODNYMI DLA WAS OPINIAMI!!!! Our Eos lamps are made with natural feathers, and the shades can sometimes need a little time to regain their shape after transport. However, they should, of course, arrive in good condition, and we take feedback like yours very seriously!
As we unfortunately cannot see the details of your case from this review alone, we would very much like to look into the matter further and help resolve it. Lovely lamps…poor customer service
I ordered two Asteria Move portable lamps from Umage and, design-wise, they are absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been very disappointing.
Despite ordering from Ireland, both lamps arrived with a two-pin European plug rather than the three-pin UK/Ireland plug required here. Since receiving the lamps, I have emailed Umage four times (to two different email addresses and via the contact form on their website), asking whether compatible UK/Ireland plugs could be provided.
To date, I have received no response whatsoever. This lack of acknowledgement or support is frustrating, particularly given the premium nature of the product.
Beautiful products, but poor after-sales communication.
