I had a follow up regarding my order, which was handled by non other than Jacob himself, With just a few emails, we figured out the best solution and I received the spare parts in a few days time via courier. The issue vas resolved and the products/stools are great for the eye and the buttocks.

Great product, original design, everything as advertised. FAST delivery. The product requires screws to be attached to a wall, but none were in the package, this is intentional and mentioned in assembly guide, but still inexplicable.

I have bought several pieces of Umage…
I have bought several pieces of Umage lighting over the years: Silvia lampshades, a lemon squeeze wall lamp (much bigger then expected but I kept it because it’s so nice) and Eos lampshades in different sizes. Original designs, good quality, delivery to Belgium was always correct. It also surprised me (the first few times) how flat the boxes are and then you kind of create your new lamp by putting it together in all of it’s glory.

Stay away! Zero customer service and no order updates!
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this site. I placed an order on April 9th and have received absolutely no information since then on delivery.
There is zero communication regarding delivery or the status of my order. I have tried reaching out multiple times through several channels, but with no luck:
No response to my emails.
No one answers the contact form on their website.
There is no chatbot or live support available to speak to the human.
No one answers the telephone either.
The customer service is non-existent.
Because of the total lack of response, I am now contacting my credit card company to claim a refund and report this as a potential fraud. Save your money and shop elsewhere!
