Seriously thinking this is a scam. Sent samples in two weeks ago struggling to speak to anybody. Nothing on my account although told the results are on there. Told attached to an email again nothing. AVOID!!!!!

No communication, no results, SCAM!
Bought a test for the wife and I over two weeks ago and haven’t received results. Contacted them a week ago and was asked for all our info which I supplied and have not heard anything since. Really strange mix of reviews on trustpilot - wish I’d checked before spending money with the company! Seems like a big scam!

Is this a Legit Company?
Not sure this company is legit. My wife paid for a food allergy test and sent of samples but has not heard anything since. She tried to call the number on their web site but nobody answers. Update: finally got a reply from UK labs but when she logs on there is no information. Still waiting.

Hi, normally we appreciate feedback from our customers. I can see that you have purchased from us then asked for a refund. You have interacted with one of my colleagues who I hope has allayed your fears and answered your questions. I can assure you we are not "scammers" which is such a cruel word to use, especially against all of the hard working people who are currently working tirelessly to offer the best service on the market to our customers. I am going to assume that I cannot change your mind on ourselves, but hopefully I have been able to make you think twice before writing libellous, inflammatory remarks about other companies in the future who are just trying to offer customers a service, a service that we believe will make people feel better about themselves and hopefully help with their health and wellbeing.
