Dreadful! Don’t waste your money.
I’d give zero stars if I could. I bought the test for my daughter to help her. We sent off the sample and had acknowledgement it was received. The ‘3 days’ turn around is now at 31 days with no sign of any results. I’ve sent 3 messages (email because there’s no phone number … I wonder why?) and heard absolutely nothing. Total sham!

Its 2weeks now since I sent my hair sample to uklabs but I keep getting fobbed off by they haven't received it yet .i bought it off wowcher.

Never received the tests

Waited months after sending sample to be told they hadn’t received them because they had changed the address?!
Asked for a refund and have emails confirming that refund would be processed. No refund ever came through and now ignoring any attempts of contact.
Do not trust this company, they are scammers!
Had a reply from uklabs saying the refund was actioned and I’ve written this review within the 3-5 days not allowing it time to come through. Well this is in fact incorrect because I have all of the email communication (including my emails which have gone ignored since) The email confirmation of refund being actioned was on 23rd of May…I would say we’re past the action time for this to have been completed.
In regards to defamatory claims…as I say I have all the evidence!

Very disappointing.
Where to start!?! I bought vouchers for myself and 3 other people on Wowcher. Firstly, the website wasn't displaying the 'buy now' option on a laptop so I had to use my phone, which wasn't ideal. Then the address on the instructions for despatching the sample was wrong. I sent a message to highlight this - no response. Only when I chased it up 2 weeks later, did my results appear. I started the process on 28th July and as yet haven't been offered the opportunity to register to receive my meal plan! so yet another message sent.

I am so disappointed - and will be suggesting my gifts aren't used and will be seeking a refund for them.

Don’t waste your time. I sent a sample to their PO Box and awaited a response. After chasing it up they informed me that they have changed addresses and did not tell me that. I then sent a new sample to updated address. Waited 3 weeks. Sent multiple emails asking for an update. Received no reply. Incredibly disappointed in this service

Completely misrepresented test from the start. I don’t fully blame the Lab company for that but overall, a fruitless experience and one that can serve no actual medical evidence of working.

submitting the hair samples was easy but their receipt and testing process perhaps a bit longer than I expected. Also the report gives so much info, I am struggling to make sense of it all.

I have not received my order.

I purchased 3 complete tests for myself and two children. The report came through within a week, however the format could have been better such as being in alphabetical order.
I was confused by the amount of cross overs such as why would an item which contained many ingredients be listed? It would be better to just list the food item. Eg beef was highlighted red, but groundbeef and meatloaf where highlighted green.
When it came to the meal plans I was only able to complete one questionnaire out of three. I couldn’t locate the other 2 questionnaires. It wasn't possible to view the meal plan either, the support team had to send it via pdf in an email. I think purchasing multiple test in one persons email address has been the problem, maybe accounts can be created with the test ids and a password, rather than a users email address. I would only recommend purchasing one test.

Absolutely disgusting SCAM, these people make up the results as they go.

Please take a look at the replies this company has left for other people here in the reviews - they are rude, snarky and threatening. Totally unprofessional and exactly the sort of IDGAF attitude you'd expect from a scammer, not the caring healthcare provider attitude you get before you purchase!

4. Massive List of Tested Items (Too Broad & Unverified)
• The report includes hundreds of foods, metals, vitamins, E-numbers, and even non-foods like wool and latex.
• No legitimate test can accurately determine intolerance to such a broad range of substances in one go.
• True food intolerance testing requires elimination diets or specific medical tests (e.g., lactose intolerance breath test, coeliac blood test).
5. Encourages Unnecessary Diet Restrictions
• The report suggests cutting out foods based on weak evidence.
• This can lead to unnecessary restrictive diets, nutritional deficiencies, and anxiety about food (orthorexia).
6. Supplement Recommendations Without Medical Justification
• Suggesting probiotics, quercetin, L-glutamine, and detox supplements without clinical evidence is a common tactic used by alternative health companies to sell unnecessary products.

That was provided to me by a real doctor who treated me after I made radical dietry changes based on this report, I would just like to add that this report was completely inaccurate and the changes it recommended had serious consequences on my health. I have already contacted my credit card provider to advise of this scam and will be seeking legal advice to explore any avenues to take this company to task for the suffering this has caused.

Really easy process and great communication, awaiting results so will review once received. So far very impressed.
