Instructions were good for sample to send off and I soon received result which was very comprehensive !

UPDATE: Although I never received the message below - I have checked spam and junk mail boxes. I did receive a reply to my most recent request for a refund and have been refunded in full. I still don’t recommend the company based on their customer service when things go wrong.

I paid for a hair sample test. Sent the sample as instructed. No results provided. Tried emailing no response. Used their web contact form and just kept being asked for more info. Asked for refund they ignored me. Currently disputed it with bank to get money back.

The report was very in-depth and was interesting

I recieved my results this morning, the test was very easy to do , a few strands of hair then post them . I have often thought that certain foods cause some kind of reaction and was not really surprised by some results ! Some though I am surprised by and I definitely will be trying to avoid to see if there really is a difference, thank you uk labs so far so good , I’ve given 3 stars because the service so far has been seamless, I will write another review in time after cutting out the foods you say are to watch out for , hopefully I can then go to a 5 thanks 👍

My son and I both had tests done. Quick on getting the results back. My son has cut out wheat which was flagged as red and he says it has helped his Psoriasis on his scalp. He’s also eating healthier so a win win there. I had a variety of fish items flagged that i suspected which was interesting. Gutted about Breakfast tea though. Not sure I can give that up just yet!!

Haven’t been able to log in to obtain my results password reset doesn’t work no phone number that I can tell , customer service reset password hasn’t worked twice no answer to my latest email 3 days ago ??! Feels like a con

7 days past , still waiting for my refund

It has given me a reason to now try and change my diet and to avoid the foods that have been identified as being a potential intolerance, also it has explained why I sneeze constantly
I was extremely happy with the quickness of the results once the test had been received and how easy it was to see my results

Never received order

The test said I was tolerant to gluten and having been a diagnosed coeliac for 30 years +, I knew this was wrong. Asked for a refund and it was issued immediately. Just be aware.

I placed an order before reading the reviews, and also reading doctors information regarding testing for food intolerance using hair strands.
There is no good evidence that it is a way of identifying a food intolerance.
So I have cancelled my order for a refund through PayPal.

Mine came back saying I could eat most foods that I already know have an intolerance too as I have severe IBS . Waste of money

Easy to arrange, quick and interesting results. Recommend

Sent off sample took about a week to get results. Had a few issues recieving results not being able to log In & having to change code. I emailed stating the problem, I got a reply back from Sara who was really helpful and sent them to me. It has been really helpful finding out what foods are good and bad for me. Thanks very much Sara

I sent in a hair sample, after a week it was determined as lost in the post. I sent another. It arrived last week. Still waiting for the results. I emailed a lady within the company and she was very helpful. Still no results. 16 days after the original was sent and absolutely nothing.

Terrible company. Paid for 2 allergy tests, sent these off but didn’t hear anything for over two weeks. I emailed to chase and conveniently the samples had just been ‘received the day before’. I was advised that the results would follow shortly but over a week later and they still have not arrived. It seems ‘Sara’ is the only one who works there as the answer to my email was from her and it seems from most reviews on here that their responses were from ‘Sara’. Wish I’d read the reviews on here before paying for two allergy tests. I have now requested a charge back from my credit card company as I don’t hold out much hope of receiving any results and even if I do I’m not sure whether they would even be accurate.

This is the fifth time I am writing in an effort to gain a response from this company! I have been attempting this since May 27. I have received one email from “Sara” who supposedly is an employee of the Company and is a member of Customer Support! I have had NO support! I’m a hard working woman employed by the NHS. I work in healthcare. I’m genuinely disappointed and disgusted by the fact that you can take money from me and not provide me with a service that you “guarantee” on your website. I have diagnosed IBS and this was a legitimate attempt in trying to make my dietary habits improve my quality of health. I would advise no one to spend their money on this complete waste of time.
I will be contacting my credit card company and informing them this is a fraudulent site. Please refund my money or I will begin legal action.

Well what can I say using this company which I found on the internet to be the most cheapest and fastest results on the market. I experienced a small delay on results and after being in contact with the wonderful SARA she sorted it and got my results to me within a matter of hours 🙏🏼she went above an beyond to help me get my answers and be able to move forward with my life 😍thanks again Sara 😊 and uklabs x

UK labs have helped he immensely in helping my daughter knowing what to avoid thank you thank you especially to Sara who made it very easy for me to access my reports excellent highly recommend

Looks like this site is a scam.
Registered tests, sent of samples, and then couldn't log in, and when we finally did, there was no record of the test registration.

Upon contacting them, they then "reset" the account, asked us to register and resend tests, which we did.

Same thing again - nothing in their system.

This time they aren't even bothering to respond.
