Good test and very helpful in going forward with my intolerance

My colleague recommended i take this test for my family as my husband and child have a few allergies.

The report is excellent and easy read. You know immediately what the colour code means next to each item. i also love that there’s non food items included in the report.

Please do not waste your money. Sent two samples of the same hair and two completely different results. These people are just out to take your money and give made up results

I had a terrible experience with this service. I paid for a test in November, and it is now mid-January, yet I have still not received my results. I followed all the provided instructions, sent in the kit as directed, and have had no updates since. To make matters worse, there is no clear way to contact customer support to ask about the status of your results. I strongly advise against purchasing this product or service.

Bought a test online, waited a week for it to arrive before realising you don't pay for a physical kit, but rather an online set of instructions, had to pay additional postage to send off the sample as well as source envelopes, suitable bag for hair samples which added cost and a bit of inconvenience. Waited over a week for the results to come back, overall skeptical given I am showing intolerance to foods I have eaten my whole life with no issues, yet non to foods I know cause issues...

Easy process, fast results, clear and good system of results to read and manage.

Quick service but now have read that hair tests have never been proved to work for Intolerances etc.

Very easy to navigate fast results

I ordered and paid for 4 samples to check the whole family. Sent the samples off a week ago first class but still no sign of being received. I’m a bit disappointed as other reviews can’t praise the speed of service enough. I’m not seeing the same yet. Fingers crossed this changes soon.

Very quick and easy process

Loved this test and how easy it was to carry out. I received my results within 5 working days and gave me a some great information and can't wait to get started with the next part of the process.
We also received easy to read instructions which lead to our family having their very own login portal so we can view our results anytime.

Interesting to see what foods etc I should be staying clear of for a healthier lifestyle

Ordered the complete test, had results back in 4 days of sending my sample then completed my health forms. The meal plan I got back is good and even takes into account the kind of foods I like. Yesterday was my first attempt at following it and this morning have no bloating. I can't believe it worked!

Fast service. Lots of great information. Really interesting testing the items I was told I'm intolerant too. Main one is gluten which I knew about. Surprising one is Gin. May struggle removing that one!

Super quick process, paid and sent my sample the same day and then results followed quickly after showing as received. Showed some items i already knew which were an issue for me but also a few that never even occurred to me but actually made a lot of sense, and already feeling better

I ordered a hair strand food sensitivity test . I asked for a refund as I still haven’t received a test when ordered 3 weeks ago. I have emailed several times with no response.

Sent sample and had results in less than a week , very impressed and would highly recommend, so thank you

The test results haven’t come back. I expected an email to say they’d received my letter with the relevant item required for testing instead you want a review. Not good customer service at all. I won’t be using this company again
