The apartment was very clean and well furnished. It’s also very central and close to many stores and supermarkets. Check-in was easy, even though not in the same place.

Everything went super smoothly with the booking process. The team was very helpful and responsive throughout, and made the whole experience very easy. Highly recommended!

My experience with Ukio was very good. I had left finding an apartment in Barcelona for last minute and they were very helpful in finding a place that matched my requirements regarding everything. They were transparent about their prices and didn’t have any hidden fees like some other companies. During our stay, Ukio provided us with services whenever something wasn’t working properly in the apartment or if we had any issues. Their customer support is great. I would definitely choose Ukio again.

Me encantó la experiencia con Ukio y su equipo. Siempre disponibles para todo tipo de problemas que haya podido tener, que tampoco han sido muchos y además no tenían que ver con ellos, sino con situaciones ajenas, como por ejemplo la caída de la luz en todo el edificio. Aunque no fuera por su culpa, me atendieron prontamente y jamás pusieron ninguna pega y se mostraron atentos y empáticos. También me gustaría destacar su buen gusto con la decoración y la funcionalidad de todo que estaba en los dos pisos que tuve la oportunidad de estar. No tengo ninguna queja. Es más, lo recomiendo verdaderamente. Sin duda, nota 10. Gracias por todo!

El diseño, la ubicación y la Calidad del servicio es un 10/10. Todas las dudas que me surgieron fueron atendidas a tiempo y de forma sencilla. Han hecho que la experiencia se sienta formidable, por lo que sin duda lo recomiendo.

Best stay in Barcelona hands down! The rooms were nice with amazing views. The flat was so nice I almost didn’t want to leave! Excellent customer service and support during my stay. Would definitely recommend ukio to friends, family and any stranger on the street… fantastic!

El departamento Ukio me hizo sentir en casa desde el primer momento. Mi pareja y yo necesitábamos estancia en Barcelona por un par de meses, y unos amigos nos hablaron de Ukio. Un 10/10 fue una experiencia muy agradable, ya que desde el primer momento nos facilitaron todo para que fuera todo muy ágil y acogedor.

I lived in an Ukio apartment for 2 years and a half, and it couldn't have been a better experience. We barely had maintenance issues during our time there. Local, quiet neighbourhood, with everything you need at walking distance. Fair price compared to what you get in Barcelona.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience with Ukio. An apartment I’ve stayed in has been exactly as shown in the photos: cozy and stylish. The whole team has been very kind, responsive and helpful. I’d especially like to highlight my coordinator Mel. She’s incredibly professional, attentive and always does her best to make sure everything is perfect.

Estuve en busca de un piso para mi hijo que vino a estudiar a Barcelona, la atención con la empresa desde el inicio fue muy rápida, clara y transparente. Además, los pisos son realmente muy cómodos, ubicados en zonas muy bonitas y céntricas y la decoración es de muy buen gusto. Sin duda lo recomiendo muchísimo!
