Excellente experience!
Depuis que notre appartement est loue par les soins de Ukio, nous n'avons pas eu de soucis. Ce qui est particulierement appreciable est le professionalisme avec lequel le staff d'Ukio gere tous les petits problemes qui peuvent arriver a un appartement parisien. Par exemple, nous avons du entreprendre des travaux de renovation, et le staff Ukio nous a accompagne tout du long, minimisant l'impact sur la location. Bravo!

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. The apartments are nothing like the pictures. Have a lot of things missing, maintenance problems and way worse in person.
The agents act nice just before renting the apartment and than after taking your money they never ever respond and ignore you.
I had a case with this agent when she was so sweet before I rentet the apartment and after that she ignored me and never responded again

Ukio est tres professionnel et dans une logique "win/win". Mon loyer est versé tous les mois, à la valeur du marché de la location parisien, l'appartement a été rénové par Ukio contre une carence de loyer de quelques semaines. il faut juste accepter le bail de 5ans ce qui dans mon cas n'est pas un soucis. Je recommande.

Ukio is a great provider of housing services for corporate workers. I have received a relocation offer from my new company, and part of the offer included 3 months' rent at an apartment from Ukio to ensure a smooth start in the new city. The apartment is great; you can find everything you might need in the mid-term rental, from kitchen essentials like plates and blenders to an iron and fast-speed Wi-Fi. I'm more than satisfied and I will recommend Ukio to all my friends!

Beautiful condo great location
We stayed at this beautiful condo for about one month and half and absolutely loved it. Can’t beat the location, only 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, fifteen minutes walk to Champs Elysees and many more iconic attractions, too many to list. Loved that all the shoppings and restaurants were all within walking distance, about three minutes walk to the metro station. Loved the beds, quiet, security, elevator, and the Pedro the building attendant( very friendly). Already miss this place and will definitely come back. The management and the employees are also amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
