Went on the website purchased 2 or 3 items that I paid for which were then delived, however 3 months later another transaction landed in my bank account for £29.99.
Aparently there is a well camoflauged check box that they say MUST be unchecked during purchase otherwise you are later hit you with this £29.99 payment in 3 months time.
I am currently fighting the payment through my bank but looking at the number bad reviews on here I would say this company will hopefully be out of business before the end of the year.
Reading other reviews on here it seesm they are tricking people in other ways too so I would stay well clear of this website.

Bare faced cheaters
Bare faced cheaters. You order something at a price, put in your card details and before you know it they've added rapid delivery and "eco charges" which more than double the cost.
Customer service, probably AI,will be very polite and useless. My order hasn't arrived yet- 14 days later. Looking at reviews, if the products are poor, you'll be told to return them at your own expense, possibly to China. Refund? I very much doubt it.
Now saying there are problems with the delivery so they're offering a £5 voucher towards my next order. As if I'm completely nuts!
At least if you pay by credit card you can get your money back. The scammers still win of course.

The product and purchase experience was rubbish
The website offering the watch was complex and took an initial offer price of under £10 to £25+ in no time. The delivery was delayed and the smartwatch totally useless. The instructions were in infinitessimally small font, poorly translated and when I managed to set up the watch it was totally inaccurate. Tying up shoe laces added 68 steps. A qurater hour walk added a further 150. It is now back in its box awaiting disposal.

Fraudulently took funds
Just went to buy a product. Chose postage option and then additional postal charges appeared. I realised probably a dodgy company, so I checked reviews on here using my husbands phone. I immediately closed the window without completing the transaction and they had already taken the money from my bank!

I placed an order for a pet hair removal brush. During the order I was offered free delivery. I was also offered another brush for free. I accepted. This 2nd item came with a 2.49 handling fee, ok fair enough. Total value of order around £7.49 ish. I say ish because that was the total price briefly displayed in the screen at checkout.
When I actually completed checkout I find I've been quoted an additional £20 eco tax. There's also blurb that suggests I've been signed up for some sort of rolling subscription at £0.25p per day and now I'm fighting with my back to claim my money back. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this Chinese based scam company

Utter scammers. Looked at a product, saw they added on an ‘Eco charge’ of the same price of the product just before checkout so I didn’t proceed but my account was debited and product arrived which was utter rubbish. Refused to refund unless I returned product to China and even then would not refund eco charge. AI generated ‘support’ responses. Thieves.

I just ordered a knee pillow from this website. The cost wax’s £10.49 with free postage. When the order was completed I received a confirmation email for the item at a cost of £10.49 and an additional ‘services fee’ of £13.95. I have emailed asking them to cancel the order and received an email asking for the Oder number and my email address which was included in the email I sent asking for the refund. I have informed my credit card company who have sent me disputed payment form to complete. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I have just received an email from this company asking me to send them a copy of my bank statement so that they can see how much they’ve taken from my account. THEY sent ME the bill. They know how much unauthorised money they’ve taken. Do not send them anything.

Complete scam, took my money without consent as I didn’t complete the transaction once I saw the ridiculous postage and ‘Eco tax’ that was suddenly added, making a £10 smart band a £30 purchase. Tried to cancel straight away but they refused.
The smart band is completely rubbish quality, doesn’t work and has instructions form a different product. Multiple emails back and forth and refusing to give me a refund unless I post I to china for £15 and then I would only get the cost of the fit bit and not the postage.

SCAM ALERT.
My mum wanted a seniors fitbit watch. Ozerty came up on the search.
Watch was £9, plus a few quid delivery. I thought, fine. They asked for card details. I had not confirmed the purchase at this point.
It then took me to another screen for, weirdly delivery options. Which were extortionate. I thought this seemed odd, so I left the site to check my bank, and they had debited £28.33 without my consent.
I sent them an email, a supposed 'manager' replied, asking for a screenshot of my bank statement.
1. You can't take screenshots due to security.
2. I would never share my statement with anyone.
I informed the bank, they said they couldn't do anything, until the payment is taken. Then I can dispute it.
Lo and behold, money has now been fraudulently taken from my account.
Under the Consumer Rights Act, (and common sense) it is Fraud to take payment without consent.
Ozerty uk have been more than unhelpful. They were immediately notified by me telling them to cancel the fraudulent order. Which they have chosen to ignore.

Added to basket & started to check out. No Paypal option so had to give my card details.
My bank immediately alerted me to possible scam on this purchase.
When I checked the payment amount had tripled to over £25.
Cancelled the transaction, cancelled my card & alerted my bank to fraudulent trader..
Ozerty reported to Google & Action Fraud.

Bought a senior sports watch for £9.49, or so I thought. Went through the purchasing process very carefully but when I checked they had added a further 'services' charge of £16.85 which I certainly did not agree to.
Contacted my bank immediately. They cannot stop the payment going through but suggested I cancelled my card and wait for a replacement card in case they try to take any further payments. Will the watch arrive? who knows?

I purchased a senior smart watch from here and selected my shipping methods which bought the price to around £19 but when I clicked to make the payment they'd charged me over £30. When I contacted customer services they asked me to send a screenshot of my bank account showing the payment. REALLY? WHY?
The watch arrived today but no charger with it. The charging point on the watch is one I've never come across before and having asked around among friends none of them have either. Without a specific charger for the watch it is absolutely useless. I've again contacted customer services and surprise surprise there's been no response. Word of warning....steer clear of this company. I'm ready to throw the watch in the bin as returning it will probably only get me back the cost of the watch and not all the extra charges I had in purchasing

I began to order a senior citizens smart watch for £9.49 with free delivery. Then I notice in faint italics that you had to order £20 of goods or there would be an eco charge of £13.95. I left the website at that point.
Then the aggressive marketing began. They offered me 10 then 20% discount which I accepted.However when I was billed I found they had added the £13.95 eco charge anyway. This was not on the page where I filled in my credit card details.
I have been in dispute with them to no avail.
Wish I’d read these reviews before.
Do not deal with this fraudulent company!
