Do not use! There are hidden cost that will apear an your account a few days later. Had to ask my bank to revert the transaction as they refused to refunded. They took a month and a half to deliver the goods as well.

They promised a £5 credit back to my bank after purchase. I purchased the item. No £5 was forthcoming. I complained but they just apologised. I've now been charged out of the blue £29.99 for god knows what. I have emailed them today to ask for details. They are 100% rip off merchants. Terrible

Scammers., DO NOT USE. I ordered an item for about £4 and they said there was no delivery. When my bank asked me to confirm the payment to them, an additional fee had been added ‘for services’. I declined the payment. I then received email confirmation of the order and phoned my bank who confirmed the payment had been taken. I am now resolving this.

I hadn't noticed a pymnt of £23.44 had come out my bank in May from "SO OZERTY.U" And another £29.99 was pending to come out of my account in a few hours. I rang my bank and stopped it. My bank refunded the 1st transaction. I know nothing of either transactions. I never authorised either of them.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. SCAMMERS. The guy at the bank told me it's becoming a regular thing where you click on something that isn't genuine and they start taking regular as if you signed up for a membership.

Asked a refund from Ozerty after Yodel…
Asked a refund from Ozerty after Yodel confirm their driver did not deliver it to the inpost locker and an investigation took place to which they couldnt give me updates. Ozerty refused twice. Also after I confirmed Cupids(with the s at the end) company confirm if the aftershave says 'Cupid' without the S it's not theirs. I can confirm and my partner. Cupid from Ozerty smells stronger but it's not the same smell but the one from Cupids is actually nicer smell both are ok smelling but Cupids official is nicer. The bottles, and label are very identical. Even after this misleading I can confirm Ozerty still are refusing a refund unless I send the item back to them bare in mind I'm in uk they're in China so could take a month before I get the £20 refund.

Items ordered were grass growing items and a grass mat.
Tried to cancel the order after half an hour of placing but wasn't possible I was emailed to say it was too late to cancel and had to wait for order to arrive to send back. Took over 2 weeks to arrive.
Well the bag it came in was so small I couldn't believe that it was going to enable my grass to grow it arrived with 2 small bottles of liquid too.
I have just requested a return and guess what I have to return the items to CHINA !! and pay for the postage!!!

They will charge you subscription fee after 4 months, it is very cheeky how they do it. It is automatically added as Free on your purchase, only a small print says it is 25p a day which they charge in bulk after 4 months. I had no idea I subscribed to something, don't even remember ticking anything, totally misleading. They are based in the UAE and do whatever they want. Contact your bank if you were scammed.

I have ordered something accidentally and when I realised that I will pay for delivery £14 when the item that I purchased was £10. I contacted customer service immediately within few minutes after the order was made and asked them to cancel it. They told me that it is not possible. Any company cancels the order if you contact them straight away.
They told me to receive the order then they will let me know how to return it. When I received the item they told me that I have to send it to China at my expense of £15 or I can keep the item and get 50% refund. They didn't not refund 50% of what I paid. I received a refund of £5 when I paid £24.
Worse company with the worse customer service. Do not buy it from them. It is a scam.
