TSB Arvostelua 

Some cheeky person. Used my debit card though there Google wallet card in Asda Feltham and Tesco Express and other company called ONA*Hypernovaltd. The bank said they tried to use my card 8 times in total but only managed to used it 3 times. I had to cancel my card my Google wallet account as well. It left me overdrawn. I'm waiting for my new card now it will be here next week. I went to London on 26 and 27 of September I only used my Google wallet on the London transport. So I don't know if my details were taken from there system. The bank sorted it out straight away still waiting for the money this person used to be but back in my bank. I'm not from London I live in north West of UK. It's strange how they got my details but the bank sorted it out

Trying to apply for a credit card, got preapproved, wasted ages doing ID check on phone. Said OK twice then failed. Contacting them without the phone impossible - tried phone they are busy and have a ring tone that my hearing aids do not like - painful. Wonder if I will get an email address from them after this?

This morning, I called into the TSB Morpeth branch to enquire about several savings products. I was greeted by the charming Jo, who directed me to her helpful and well-informed colleague Michelle. It was such a pleasure to deal with a bank branch whose staff evidently wish to deliver exemplary customer service. 10/10

I have had a fixed rate bond with TSB for many years. The process before opening and on maturity is easy and quick using the app. I have renewed my matured bond today and I am happy with the current rate.

Another comment that I have to share…..tried to transfer money to a friend and it was rejected. I ticked all the boxes that I knew him and still declined. My money….my risk! Rest assured I am in process of changing banks. My friend is now in dire straits. Thank you TSB for nothing. Treating loyal customers like s**te!

I attended the Hammersmith branch today and was met by a lovely gentleman called Nyam. He was amazing & he solved all my problems. I couldn’t be happier.

Be very wary with their 12 month monthly saver account. Once the 12 months are up you would assume the standing order would cease automatically but it doesn't, it continues until you the customer cancells it. I went overdrawn as a result of mine not being cancelled and incurred interest. It wasn't a lot but even so TSB refused to refund it even though I feel this wasn't my fault. My first account with the TSB was opened when I was 5, I am now approaching 60 years old but feel as a result of this my trust and confidence in this bank has diminished and I am strongly considering closing my accounts with them.

We are a small charity with a TSB business account. We ran our account without problems or issues for about 6 years. As a charity we have a number of trustees, and every year there will be changes to the trustee details.
TSB require that the trustee details held by the Charity Commission, Companies House and TSB are all the same.
The TSB system for changing the trustee details is to fill in a blank paper form (electronic version) and submit this to the business admin department. They check the information and reject the change when the first error is found. They don't check for all errors.
As the customer we do not know what information TSB hold about our trustees. There is no way of looking at this information online or getting a printout. You have to phone the business helpline and get them to read the information to you.
Given all of the above we ended up submitting a change form 6 times, removing errors one by one (a week for each attempt) , until finally the admin department carried out yet another check on trustees that failed for one trustee. TSB then just closed our account. There was little information on why, and absolutely no attempt at working with us to resolve the problem.
Overall the TSB business admin system for trustee or director changes is hopeless and prehistoric. The TSB attitude to customers is the same. Never open a business account with TSB if you have multiple trustees or directors.

I needed a bank with a real branch, so I popped in and opened accounts to move my salary and life savings in to. 90 minutes but a great staff helped. I came home to a flurry of emails about my new accounts opening. I waited for my access codes in the post. Then what read like a bot generated email that I'd cancelled internet banking, which I had not, then another automatic looking email that the account was turned down, with no explanation.

The friendly clerk had given me booklets for the accounts and joked 'you probably won't read them'. You were right there, sadly I won't now.

Our lovely dad died a year ago and as is often the case he’d handled all the financial planning/issues in the house. This left mum at a loss. Luckily we were ably assisted to navigate our way through this minefield with the help of our lovely, friendly,local TSB branch in Bamber Bridge.

Stella (could also be callled Stellar) has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s been able to explain how to sort out dad’s financial affairs with the bank with ease. It is rare to experience such caring and compassionate customer service. Mum especially wants to ensure that she singles her out for praise. Obviously Stella works with a team, Andrew, Tom and Tracy have always been eager to help us any time we’ve been into branch.

This local branch seems to be the busiest place on the high street and the people staffing it are the salt of the earth going above and beyond for their customers. If I were running TSB (what, it could happen) I’d ensure this lovely branch remains OPEN.

My whole family have been customers since we were old enough to have bank accounts and we have been loyal too.

Keep up with the good work and remember customer service is the key to success.

The TSB branch in Ashton in makerfield goes above and beyond not only is it a friendly branch with Sheena at the helm but nothing seems to much trouble, and a special mention to Matty who helped me set up the right accounts for the Grandkids but also helped set up investments for them as they move into adulthood so for me it’s a big thanks to all the staff but Sheena and Matty get an extra pat on the back so from me and the boss (the Mrs) thank you TSB

I’ve had a lovely experience with Victoria Gendall at TSB. I’ve had two video meetings with Victoria, and she has been incredibly helpful and supportive in helping me with all my savings.

I really appreciate the time, advice and guidance she has given me. She has made everything so much easier to understand.

Avoid TSB. I've been with them for a few years now on their online facility but recently it's become a nightmare. Try to log into my account and it keeps telling me that I've tried too many times despite providing all correct passwords and info etc... Time to close my account and switch to a bank that is reliable.

Ive had a Business Account with TSB for some years they started charging me so in May I spoke with Liam who said I'd been put on the wrong tariff. I received refunds for a couple of months they then started charging again. In September their Chatline said my tariff had not been changed but I had to make a phone call to them. After waiting for an answer for 30 minutes I had to give up. Went on the Chatline today and was again told that Liam had not changed the tariff. I was told I had to call them. So I did after 15 minutes or so the person I spoke with said I'd been charged firstly because I needed £10,000 in the account then £5.00. I have several £000's. He refused a refund and when I said I will go elsewhere he said ok and hung up.

Why are you asking for my last memorable word when I’ve forgotten it? I can’t update it because the system won’t let me continue without entering the old one. It doesn’t make sense.”!!!
