I went to Enfield TSB this morning. I was approached by Carol who asked me if she could assist me at the ATM machine .

I reported fraud on my account on the 20th September. It’s the 31st of October and I am still having to contact people to prove my case.
TSB decided to reverse my refund, I emailed their fraud investigation team with evidence that I wasn’t the one who made the transaction.
I now keep getting the same message from them asking for “more evidence” that’s I do not have. I keep telling them I do not have that evidence but they are clearly not reading my emails.
The responses I am getting from them are automated and according to customer service I cannot speak to someone from the fraud investigation team via phone.

I have been with TSB for years but I am appalled by the lack of support, communication and understanding from them over the last month.
I will no longer be banking with them and I would advise everyone else to look elsewhere for a bank.

I just opened a spend and save account with TSB. It was very easy to do and seems to be a useful account.

Payments often don't go through, and when I try to make them again, they charge my account twice. It's difficult to get the money back due to poor customer service.

A few years ago when I moved, TSB were brilliant. They arranged a second mortgage to run along my first one with them. This was arrranged over the phone. Customer services counter services were brilliant many years later.when the first half of the mortgage final payment was made. The staff in Milton Keynes were excellent. I just hope the branch stays open. The positive energy attitude, can do approach is brilliant. This entry relates to last year. Only got tome to do a review now. Well deserved. It happened about June 2025.

This is the company I bank with and I always have £0.00 in my account. My bank balance at the moment is £0.00 I've asked for an overdraft a few times and I've always been declined not even £10 when the transfers go through my account over £10000 a month. There is a terrible automated answering machine they try to get my security number and the won't recall fraudulent payments.

Very professional, knowledgeable understanding at Saltley Branch, would recommend TSB to friends and family and encourage others to use mobile banking.

Trying to deposit a cheque on the banking app is so annoying. It takes the photo then freezes. There is no option to go back so have to start over again. Lost count how many times unsuccessfully tried.

I had an appointment recently with the Motherwell Branch regarding advice about savings. I would like to thank Nicky for her patience, professionalism and good advice. That is why I would always recommend face to face.

I had a great experience with the service of a staff from TSB Harrow Brunch. Her name is Anitha and she had the best professional customer service regarding my bank account. I need to mention that in all my experiences with the TSB Harrow Brunch all the staff worked in a great and professional way, giving the best customer service.

It was all simple to understand the steps of each part. Everything was clear and easy so is was a great experience.

I went to the TSB in Wantage Oxfordshire with an issue and spoke to Caron Altendorff.
She was the most helpful staff member. She did everything to assist me with my issue. It invloved her phoning other members of staff and no matter how long it took she just kept smiling and being helpful.
She is one of the most helpful bank staff people that I have dealt with.

⭐ Very poor customer service

I am extremely disappointed with the service at TSB in Shawlands, Glasgow. Every time I visit, I feel as though the staff are doing me a favour rather than simply doing their job. The attitude is dismissive and unprofessional, and the customer service is consistently poor.

I bank elsewhere too, and the difference is incredible. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect and professionalism, not made to feel like an inconvenience.

TSB seriously needs to improve its customer service at this branch.

They sent a random email asking for more information, I replied with the relevant information. They ignored or couldn’t find the reply and now they blocked the account. If you’re thinking about banking with TSB for business - DON’T. Zero out of 100 for customer service, there doesn’t appear to be a customer or a service, just an AI making all the banks decisions for it and it’s gone rogue just like TSB did when they crashed the economy in 2008.
