My dog just loves it. When she wants to chew, she grabs her coffee wood bone.Then continues about her business. It’s nice to have something that is not going to hurt her teeth with her coffee wood bone.

30 day refund lie
The "30 day refund, no return necessary" guarantee that is mentioned more than once on their site is, in fact, false. I was unhappy with the way that my dog's chew was splintering and cracking dangerously - and yes, I purchased the correct size for the size of my dog - and I reached out to the customer service contact to express this. I was offered a 20% refund and told that they were unable to process any returns or refunds beyond that amount at this time. The product I received did not match the quality that was guaranteed on their website and when I attempted to get my money back, I was unsuccessful. Direct quotes from their website include:
"Not happy with your purchase? No worries, we've got you covered! You may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked."
"The answers are why we offer a 30-day refund — no return required."
Despite these quotes, they do not have follow through.

product is dangerous
this coffee chew does splinter into sharp ,pointed splinters ! I have purchased coffee chews in the past and yes they do break down into fibrous small pieces that are completely digestible by your dogs, these are NOT ! I contacted customer service sent pictures of their product and the answer I received was "I should have bought a bigger size" They do NOT honor their guarantee, Buyers Beware for your pups ! I want to add I did contact them repeatedly,and they did talk to mefor a while then chose to ignore me. My bank is handling this matter now!

We state clearly on our website that purchasing the wrong size for your dog's weight can lead to splintering. Giving a Medium chew to a dog that requires an XL will cause breakage, just as it would with any other product. Sizing is not a fine print issue for us, it is a safety instruction we stand behind.
