Easy ordering and my dogs love to chew on them.
Only weird thing was shipping. That took a while. I noticed the product left montebello, CA then went to an international airport for inspection then went to a US airport, shipped back to montebello CA then phx, AZ then its final destination.
I will continue to purchase these, like I said my dogs love them but will buy them locally.

Everything about our experience was awesome! From ordering Izzy’s Kofibone to her enjoying it, the customer service & quality of product has been beyond compare.
Our puppy Izzy is a Scottie & a VERY aggressive chewer. We have tried every bone imaginable. & she after about an hour, she’s chewed a piece off, & I’m VERY concerned that she’s ingested a piece.
Thanks to Puppy Harbor, I was made aware of a coffee-based safe bone called Kofibone. It actually splinters into tiny pieces with the only issue being that they’re messy.
Puppy Harbor’s ordering process was easy, & delivery was prompt. Trust me & Izzy, you can’t go wrong with Puppy Harbor!

I would give zero stars if I could. I hardly ever leave reviews, but Puppy Harbor customer service is so dismal that I strongly advise against doing business with their company. It was a *major* hassle between Puppy Harbor and their delivery company trying to remedy the non-receipt of my order; meaning that it took several weeks and a dispute with my bank to get a refund! I can't review the product because I unfortunately never received it, but I want to save other dog parents the trouble.

I was surprised she really likes the bone and continually goes and finds it. I like how it shreds so she isn't swallowing undigestable particles.

My daughter's two dogs loved them and kept going back to them in-between playing. Even though there was one for each of them they did tug of war with them!

The website was informative and I liked the email following the purchase to provide instructions. I like the concept of re-purposing a renewable resource.

My doodle went through everything that we bought him as if it was paper! Chew toys, bully sticks, Himalayan chews (of many different choices), deer antlers… his first coffee stick has so far lasted three weeks, without an end in sight. You can tell the ends have been chewed, but there’s no slivering, like I was a little bit, worried about..
As far as customer service, everything went well when ordering. Other than waiting for them in the mail, like waiting for Christmas to arrive, it was a great experience. I ordered a three pack, so it should take us a while to get through them. When they are gone, I definitely plan on ordering more!

Mabel went right to chewing on it as soon as I gave it to her. Then she slowed down and went back to her favorite yak chew but will occasionally go back to the stick

Ordering was easy and pricing reasonable. At first my pup acted like he had no idea what the chew treat was but within an hour he was chewing away. I would definitely purchase again. It seems to be long lasting which is also a plus! My only disappointment was that the order took a bit longer than expected.

The product has been great so far! My toy poodle took to it right away! I ordered two different sizes to see which would be best for him, but the sticks were not labeled and I couldn't really see a difference between them. Having the packages labeled with their size would be great!

My pup has been chewing on his for a couple weeks now and it is holding up really well! He's not as into it as I anticipated, but is still enjoying it anyway!

I was happy to receive my order of Kofibones for my 4 month old Brittany puppy. She is a very vigorous chewer and really seemed to enjoy it. It does not splinter at all and seems to be very long lasting. She is less interested in it this second week. Not sure why but I think I will put it away for a few days and see if she takes to it again next week.

Puppy Harbor explained the problem they're solving with Kofibones clearly and solved the problem effectively!

When my L Kofibone arrived in the mail, my pittie was so excited! She plays with hit regularly, hides it outside on her patio, drags it back inside to her livingroom bed, and runs around with it proudly. The splinters from the wood are small and easy to vacuum up. During playdates it becomes a game of tug.

The ordering process was easy, delivery was as expected and the product exceeded my expectations!
Highly recomment for big chewers who can destry a regular stick in under 5min - Kofibone is built to last.

The only draw back is the shredded material that comes from the chew itself.
This can be messy, so I always supervise playtime with this item.

Quick shipping and great product.
My large breed puppy loves to chew but I was worried about how hard other bones are. This bone is the perfect blend of hardness and chewiness 👍🏻👍🏻

Prompt shipment. The chews are of good quality, jury still out on what our pup thinks of them, he is such a hard chewer and is able to break larger pieces off, so we give it for short chewing sessions - sometimes he'll chew and sometimes he won't. He's not a pb fan, so smearing pb wouldn't help. It's all good, when he's in the mood, he is happy to chew.

I have two 9-month old Pittie mix pups. They both are aggressive chewers, one more so than the other. They both like chewing on these bones, but I’m finding it very difficult to get the small pieces of the bones that come off after they chew off the pads in the bottoms of each of their crates. The only way I can get the little pieces off the pads is to use packing tape to get them off. I tried vacuuming, lint rollers, and nothing will pick up the pieces except the shipping tape. Ordering the bones was easy, and they arrived on time. They are the only bones we’ve tried so far that have lasted this long. I may just take the crate pads out next time I give them the bones so the small wood pieces just fall through the metal grates to the tray below. I would recommend these bones to anyone who has aggressive chewers.

Tug loves his coffee wood bone!! Chewed it immediately!! It is already fraying and helping the bit of tarter he has on his back molars. We both highly recommend these bones.

Order arrived in a timely fashion. Ordering was simple. The regular price was no more than what I would pay for the plastic type bones I have previously purchased elsewhere. But, when I purchased there was a great bundle deal.

If I put one of the puppy harbor bones out by a hard plastic bone, all three of my dogs go for the Kofibone 100% of the time. I recommend the Kofibone.

Easy to order and delivery time was fine. Puppy was really interested in the stick initially and chewed for ages , picks it up periodically and has another go but still plenty left for another day.
