My pup loves it.
When I first got the fountain and set it up my Sophie was a little skittish. She jumped back the first time the water turned on. She kind of snuck up on it. Within a coulple of minutes she was drinking like there was no tomorrow. She loves the bowl. It took me about two minutes to get it up and running after reading the instructions. Very easy to use and clean. I clean it every three days. That is how long a fill up lasts. Great product. I got the 7 liter with the cordless pump.

MISSING PARTS/POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered an $80, fountsin which arrived with parts missing. Customer service advised they would send the spare parts. I ordered this the end of February. It's mid April, and I still have a non functioning unit. They advised tracking reported the missing pieces were delivered, however, there is no picture /proof of delivery. They have repeatedly refused to provide the return address. Save yourself the aggravation and order from a different company. Awful customer service, and unethical. They've got my $80, and I have nothing to show for it

The dogs were a little hesitant about drinking from it!! The two younger ones not a problem but my 6 yr old I could tell that she wanted her regular water dish back. But I figured if I gave her the choice she’d hog back to the dish so. I figured she would drink if she was thirst enough. It took about 3 days. I had to move the hook but when I watched the cat one they were alright. Since the I have had to refill it constantly with 2 big dogs and one smaller dog but it’s been great. Recommend it to everyone!!

Best purchase I've made
When I learned about biofilm and how it affects my animals, I immediately started serious research into fountains. After hours of research and reading reviews I decided on the Selene doggie fountain because of the reviews. I have one dog and two cats so I decided on the 7L one. I even bought a year supply of filters. I was hoping that I would only have to fill it up about every 2-3 days, but as the fresh flowing water stays cool, my furbabies are drinking a lot more than before. I actually have to fill it up every day. When they say the motor is quiet I was a little skeptical thinking that it had to make a little bit of noise. I was so pleased and excited when I plugged it in and the only noise I heard was the splashing of the water as it runs. I loved that it came with 2 different "spigots". I decided to use the cat-head one to help prevent big messes from the cats playing in the water from the faucet like spigot. I am so glad that I switched to this fountain. We've had this about a week, and their coats are a little shinier and softer. When I walk my dog, she seems to have an easier time going to the bathroom. It does take her longer to pee, but that happens when drinking more. I've also noticed that I do not get any whiff of ammonia smell from her. This has been the best purchase I have made.
I only have one complaint, but it is not about the fountain. I bought the mat that they offered, but I am slightly disappointed. It is the perfect size for the fountain, but it slides way too easily and half of it is always curled under thanks to my babies. My dog also slings water when she drinks so there is always a puddle around and under the fountain and it seeps under the mat badly requiring daily maintenance. I think I may move the mat so that it is under the cat food bowls and finding a water absorbent mat or a tray to put under the fountain.

Doggie fountain.
I am a skeptic! I am very hesitant to purchase every new shiny thing that comes around. BUT, I love my doggy and I wanted to make sure she had water that was good. Recently, my Bell (13yo) had a small issue with kidneys. I think this water station is helping. I feed people food and she is drinking a LOT more water. Cannot hurt, might help. Selene is a great product and I will keep using it for a very long time. Easy to care for and attractive to my dog. Thank you, Selene.

My three little girls loved it…
My three little girls loved it immediately. I love it as well. Now I only have to check the light to know how much water is in there. Where before, I had to empty out two bowls I was using for water, wipe the slime out and refill them each night. I am 86 and handicapped so that task wasn't easy for me. Everyone is happy. And when the zoo is happy I'm happy. I had a competitors before this. It was too small but they had a feature I liked it was cordless. So without movement it rested but the great feature is when there was a power outage it kept running. Unfortunately yours stops. I'd be interested in that feature if u ever decide to create a pump that does that.
