I didn't like how I was tricked into signing up for a full year. I thought I was paying for 6 weeks. There is no need for this kind of business practice especially when you have a good product to sell.

I was surprised at how effective this was.
I was surprised at how effective this program was for me. It taught me how to consciously relax my body. Once I learned what that felt like, I realized how “not relaxed” I was most of the time. Then I started going out of my way to drop my shoulders, un-tense my neck, and keep my body relaxed for more time. Then my stomachaches got better, my headaches got better, my neck stopped hurting as much, and I started sleeping better. I still have some hard days but my baseline is a lot calmer and less stressed, and I am much happier now that all of my symptoms have improved.

I found the education sessions and more particularly the hypnosis sections to bring on deep relaxation and calming on a background of a bowel issue that made me feel anything but calm and relaxed!

Didn't work for me
Unfortunately, this hasn't worked for me. I listened diligently, usually more than once per day. I enjoyed the sessions, which were relaxing, but I don't perceive any meaningful impact on my GI symptoms or associated anxiety. I'm very disappointed as I had high hopes given all the apparent evidence for this approach, and I'm left feeling whether maybe I've done something wrong.

Feeling more positive again!…
Over the weeks my response to symptoms became less intense. I found the process helped to calm me and my gut seemed to follow suit! Work in progress so I continue to revisit the sessions and think of them as a positive new part of my life. Thanks Nerva!!

I finally got a shift in my abdominal…
I finally got a shift in my abdominal pain that has been there for half a year. Incredible. Before this I spent lots of time and money with first-line suspects just to confirm all tests and endoscopies come negative. Tried low-FODMAP - with a very intermittent success. But this finally started making a shift. It is not permanent, I still have pain on some days. But it is like 40% of the time that it used to be.

Worth it for continued Improvement
For me it was a very helpful 6 week program and afterwards leaves u with a large choice and range of 15 minute hypnotherapy sessions to keep. Its benefits extend beyond the 6 weeks and are real and tangible health improvements that continue to build over time. Best to be open to the process, patient, consistent and methodical in your approach :) Way cheaper than attending an inperson hypnotherapy session and because its daily u can attain better results.

The program is incredibly effective
The program is incredibly effective. I am very grateful for Nerva. The app is easy to use, informative, and the guided meditations are excellent. I now have the ability to digest food regularly, lower my sensitivity to gut pain, and calm my body. The series over the 6 weeks helped me stay on track and feel progress. I wish I had found this years ago.
I do have a recommendation. On the 1-10 pain scales tracking our progress can you add words with the numbers? For example asking how I feel is difficult to answer. Asking do I feel sharp pain is not.
