The nerva app was helpful in reducing stress and aiding my sleep issues. By week 5 I was having no gut issues but it's important to mention that I had been on low FODMAPS diet for several months. Once i finished the hypnotherapy program, I tried to reintroduce problem foods. My symptoms returned though not quite as bad as before. I am still using the app regularly to deal with stress and find it useful. I hope in time I will be able to eat all foods without symptoms.

Super relaxing sleep aide
I have no idea if this helped my gut issues to be honest, but the recordings helped me relax and fall asleep like none other. Now even if I just imagine the voice in the recordings saying "your own unique dream...." I start to relax. Worth it.

Guided sessions are short and…
Guided sessions are short and effective. Working with this app for my digestive issues helped me to relax and felt symptoms improve pretty quickly. Bloating and irregularity has dissolved and have been adding more foods back into my diet with confidence. The authors voice is soothing and easy to listen to. So happy to feel better overall so listening is so much easier than elimination diets, medications and test after test. So thankful for Nerva to help me feel like myself again!

I have recommended Nerva to others who have vegas nerve and digestive issues. This program helped me control my symptoms and live my life with more freedom and independence after damage to my vegas nerve and abdominal surgery. I still struggle with flare ups but…
I still struggle with flare ups but they don’t last that long and not that severe anymore. Also I sleep much better and use breathing exercises regularly. Highly recommended

Relief after many years of frustration...
I had pursued medical and dietary treatments for years for frequent soft stools, but nothing worked. I was skeptical of Nerva because I had previous reason to think I'm not a very good hypnotic subject. However, I found the sessions deeply relaxing and after about a month, I began to experience a significant reduction in BMs. I stopped focusing on transient gut feelings as needing to be acted on and have had great improvement!

Great tool to support the process
I have been on Nerva for 8 weeks now alongside working with a dietician who looks at food, body, mind and movement, and I have found it a great support tool, helping me understand more about the source of the problem, not just dealing with the symptoms.

I like listening to the recordings. I think they have an effect on my gut. I found when I stopped listening that some of my symptoms come back. So I had tompurchase another session.

My IBS symptoms have improved dramatically. It took about 4 weeks but I kept consistent and as a mum of three I didn’t get a chance to do it everyday. I still have seen incredible results and it’s now apart of my daily routine.

I have found benefits of improved symptom relief and loved my 6 week program. Maintenance program doesn’t seem to have the same impact but still positive. I am exploring more about the brain gut connection.
