Had to replace my stander for my 2 bowl feeder, a leg on the first one simply broke off at the joint, it was less than 9 months old, the new one does not seem well made either the joints don't come together when i screw the legs on and concerned about tightening them too much concerned the bamboo will crack overall not impressed with the build quality

The feeding stands are not solid
The feeding stands are not solid. They are made of light wood and are shaky. They shake and move too easily when our 90 pound dogs are eating them.

Excellent quality, does everything I wanted and more, except the raised stand, my dog does not need one as I was led to believe it’s good for all animals. It would increase my Sheppards chance of bloat by 110% so now I have a useless stand that I paid for 🤦🏻

Great Product, but Communication Could Be Better
I want to give an honest and fair review because overall, I’m very happy with the product itself. I love the color, stand, setup, length, and height, and once it arrived, I was genuinely pleased with my purchase.
The biggest issue for me was the shipping experience and lack of communication. My order took longer than I anticipated due to overseas shipping delays coming to the United States. I completely understand that shipping delays can happen and that some circumstances are outside of the company’s control. My frustration was more with not receiving clear and consistent updates about what was happening.
Once the company communicated with me, they did apologize and worked to get my package sent as soon as they were able to, which I truly appreciate. I just wish there had been more transparency from the beginning. Simply being told that my order was experiencing an overseas shipping delay and providing occasional updates would have made the experience much better.
Overall, I really do like the product and I’m appreciative that everything worked out in the end. I would just encourage TrotPets to improve their customer communication, especially when orders are delayed. With better communication, my experience easily could have been five stars.

We love our raised feeder . Not only did we receive it within 48 hrs, but it is very high quality. Our puppy was just dna checked and she has great dane genes so she needed this for her health. Highly recommend

Feeding bowl, water bowl and stand
Ordered slow flow bowl, water bowl and stand. They came when expected. The bowls have lids and when we opened up the box one of the lids was broken, they are a hard plastic. I emailed the contact team with a picture and within 5 days had a new lid.

The ordering is very confusing for the slow feeder and water bowl set vs water bowl set.
They wanted me to return the whole thing vs just returning the bowl and exchanging for a slow feeder.
You have to be careful what you click on because the return is on you and it is costly. They can also deem not refundable because the way you repackage does not look new.
The measurements should be on the pictures so that people can know what height they are buying rather than. Doom scrolling to find out.
Multiple customer service before getting to the person to respond.

I've ordered twice with Trot Pets in the last couple months. I got the elevated stand, tray, food and water bowls. They arrived quickly and the stands were easy to assemble. Everything is solid and holding up well. I put the bowls in my dishwasher and have no issues with them. I'm happy with them and my dogs seem to be happy with them too.

Not heavy duty good quality/No Customer Service
I ordered this because my 80lb dogs bowl goes all over the place when she eats and because of the slow feeder. I was really excited until I received my order and the mat that the bowls sit on was warped and does not sit properly on the stand. the only positive thing is the magnet because the bowls are not heavy they are very light. I have written to them on their website and in an email and still no response at all.
