It arrived shortly after I purchased it and I absolutely LOVE this magnet dog bowl set. The quality is amazing, easy to clean and looks fantastic. 10 out of 101

We've had our bowls for two years and while the slow feeder design does what it is intended to do, the paint on both bowls is chipping and peeling. The bowls are hand washed after each meal and left on our kitchen counter until the next meal. When it is meal time, the bowls are placed on our wood floors, so nothing abrasive to cause the peeling. I'll need to check to see if there is a plain stainless steel option, non painted.

I've not yet contacted their CX yet but based on some recent reviews it seems that those efforts will likely go unanswered. I'll give it a shot.

Hi, me again! So you have yet to communicate with me through email. But you go ahead and send out a replacement. That replacement is also garbage. Not only is the paint job around the bowl where it meets the stainless steel poorly done, the bowl is also missing the rubber ring on the bottom (and so is the original damaged one), which is obviously important so the bowl doesn’t slide around on the floor! It’s really imperative at this point that somebody respond via email so we can work this out like grown adults. I don’t care if you’re a 1 person business or 100 person business, this is no way to be doing business PERIOD!

Thank you so very much for your speedy response to my issue. The replacement mat is perfect and looks great. I received a mat that was warped and did not fit the stand properly. After a quick email exchange the replacement mat was on its way.

Email customer service is terrific. The feeder is absolutely gorgeous, sturdy, and thoughtfully designed with the magnetic bowls, slow feeding bowl, height options, removable mat, and overall design. I sincerely hope it solves my dog’s feeding problem, which I believe relates to my dog adversely reacting to a dislodging bowl. So far so good.

Love this set up! I customized my colors and went with yellow bowls and a white stand and it looks great! The magnetic bowls is super nice as I have cats who try to tip the bowl. I struggled with feeding mats for a long time and ended up with some water damage on my floor (cats :/) This seems to keep a majority of the water off the floor. 10/10 would reccomend!

My puppy loves her Trot bowl! She eats slower, has more fun and seem to enjoy spinning around the bowl trying to find more kibble.

The worse customer service I have ever experienced! I agree the trot pet set is nice, but that quickly fails when you can’t get a response from customer service. I was browsing the site unsure if I should purchase when I accidentally pressed buy, I immediately contacted customer service and they assured me they will refund me. A day later I received confirmation of the item being shipped, I contacted customer service again requesting a refund and stop shipping but I never heard back. Two days go by and check the status of shipping and a label was issued but the item has not left the facility so naturally I sent another email to customer service again requesting a refund and again I was ignored. The feeding set is still sitting at their facility and no refund yet. Tomorrow I will be contacting my credit company hopefully they can help resolve this issue.

Keep your money and spend it with a company that cares about customer service not just selling a product.

Purchased 3 medium sets from Trot Pets. Used them for about a year or so and the paint started to peel off. They stood by their self proclaimed lifetime warranty and replaced the bowls. Now here I am another year later and the bowls are peeling again. I reached out and while I did receive a prompt initial response, I have now been ghosted. I gave photos, information, and explained exactly what happened. I accepted the reps offer of replacements, but apparently they are not willing to again stand behind their product. Aside from the paint peeling off the bowls they have been great. The magnets are strong, the trays sturdy, and the height is great. I'm actually sorry I have to write this review.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Trot Pets and their return/refund process.

I returned my item on July 28, 2026, and as of September 27, 2026 — nearly two months later — I still have not received my refund.

I understand that returns can take some time to process, but waiting almost two months after returning an item without receiving my money back is unacceptable. A customer should not have to repeatedly follow up with a company just to receive a refund for merchandise that was already returned.

I had expected much better customer service from Trot Pets, especially considering the price of their products. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very disappointed and hesitant to purchase from them again.

I would strongly recommend that anyone ordering from Trot Pets be aware of the potential difficulties with their return and refund process.

chic and great quality!I am absolutely thrilled with the new dog bowl I ordered for my chocolate Labrador retriever. Not only is the quality fantastic, but it looks so beautiful and chic in the room—it has completely transformed the space from an eyesore to an accent piece! I love it so much that I will definitely be buying more items from this company in the future. Highly recommend!

Hi, First off i absolutely love the bowls! especially the "slow" feeding bowl! I will say the magnet aspect does not work great at all... My dog keeps knocking it off the magnet and the bowl ends up hitting the water bowl and making a big mess!!!... I would say if you guys had stronger magnets to ensure the bowls stay in the correct position this setup would be a 10/10!

If I could, I would give them zero stars… their customer service is horrible! I have heard back one time, and the email said “someone will be contacting you”. 3 weeks later, absolutely nothing! And I have reached out every week to follow up. And still nothing.

Easy to order, super quick to ship and receive. Good quality too.

I bought a set from them years ago right after the re-launch and it was not made correctly (the mat was too small for the stand). They apologized, said there were issues with their vendor and quickly remedied.

I've now gone to buy another set and the pre-drilled holes in the stand are completely mis-aligned, so I reached out requesting that they make it right. Initially I received immediate and helpful responses, however when it came time to actually make the fix, I was ghosted. Many emails later I only got a response when I said I would be disputing the charge through Amex and now the response is entirely different and makes it seem like I may not get any assistance. Unfortunately, I wish I never ordered - unless you have money to burn and never see again, don't buy from them!

First and foremost, the bowls are great! How ever, I cannot say the same for the customer service. I wanted to exchange the bowls for a different color. I paid for 2 new bowls and returned the original ones with a note requesting a refund. The bowls were shipped back 8/10/26. I am still waiting for my refund. Not happy!

These are the best lick trays I've ever gotten for my dogs. They are heavy duty and made very well. I also received them within days of ordering. Would definitely buy again!
