I bought my first home and used Trinity Financial and had a genuinely great experience. They were fast, knowledgeable, and clearly understood every stage of the process. What really stood out was their ability to anticipate what would be needed ahead of time—they didn’t just sit and wait for answers but used good judgement, chased things proactively, and kept everything moving.

They also had a direct contact at the bank, which sped the whole process up significantly. I’ve purchased three homes in three countries, and Liam at Trinity was far and away the most helpful broker I’ve dealt with. Having arrived in June and started work in September, I was concerned about my application process being difficult. Liam provided flawless support and found a fantastic contract for me. I definitely read reviews before calling Trinity and wanted to ensure those that follow have a current reference.

As a first-time buyer purchasing my council flat through Right to Buy and using a Help to Buy ISA, the process was far from straightforward. There were multiple delays from the council which meant I had to submit three separate applications, and throughout all of it Jeanne was absolutely amazing.

She was incredibly patient, always reassuring, and consistently went above and beyond.
