Louis was recommended to us by my sister as we'd had a previous purchase fall through and our requirements had become more complex. We were really pleased with the service we received - Louis was extremely responsive, explained everything clearly, and got us a new mortgage very quickly. We weren't sure about using a broker to begin with but we're really glad we did, because it completely removed all the stress from the process. I cannot recommend Dean and his team at Trinity Finance enough. What was initially a daunting time for my wife and I as we looked to navigate our very first remortgaging, we need not have worried one bit. From the first call we had from Dean, where there was absolutely no 'hard sell' and he took the time to understand our circumstances and advise us honestly. He was also able to put us in contact with an extremely reliable solicitor, again another facet of the whole remortgaging process which was swiftly taken care of. The communication from Dean and Vince at Trinity Finance is second to none and if you need to contact them, nothing is too much trouble. Making this contact with them has also allowed us to get all of our affairs in order including life insurance and Will making (Nicola being another amazing and member of the team). It goes without saying that we will be using these guys again when we need. They conduct their business in a smooth, personable and professional manner. Look no further!
