All stock information is real-time. If a product is out of stock, please refer to the back in stock date. The cut off time for same day despatch varies depending on the product. Any orders received after that time on weekdays or orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. The number of delivery days quoted are indicative and working days i.e. Monday to Friday. If weekend delivery is available it will be offered to you at checkout for an additional charge depending on the product ordered and your postcode.

Ordered a trampoline on a Fri before…
Ordered a trampoline on a Fri before the 1pm cutoff for delivery on the Monday. No delivery Monday or Tuesday. Called customer services who advise the delivery company we unable to locate the address, and they would come back to me confirming delivery would be on a specified date. Still awaiting that call and the trampoline.

Rectangular trampoline
Delivery was great with great communication.
The trampoline is perfect it was brought for my son’s 9th birthday. It took about 2 hours to put together, it’s very sturdy and looks super smart.

Brilliant company, great products
Trampoline company brilliant and very accommodating about fitting dates (thank you Jane B - so helpful!). However, there seemed to be a breakdown in communication with the installer who was very delayed, didn’t contact us and who told my daughter he hadn’t been given a contact number so couldn’t let us know about the delay, which was strange as we had provided two numbers. Anyway, all sorted and we are delighted with it. Thoroughly recommend this company for their professionalism, helpfulness and customer service.

Great Product, Knowledge and Service.
From my initial query, to ordering, to delivery, everything was superb. My delivery arrived the next day instead of in 2 days. The trampoline is solid and very well made and I know it will last a long time.
I did have one small issue which I have not dealt with yet, but that I reported and was given a way forward, so that is for me to follow up on.
Whilst there are cheaper alternatives out there, I wanted something robust that would last and be cost effective in the long run. I would not hesitate in recommending Trampolines.co.uk and

4 emails sent since and no reply. But as soon as you receive poor feedback you jump to it. Amazing.

We requested some further information from you in this reply so that we could rectify the issue, if you could reply to this email we will be able to get this sorted for you.
