All stock information is real-time. If a product is out of stock, please refer to the back in stock date. The cut off time for same day despatch varies depending on the product. Any orders received after that time on weekdays or orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. The number of delivery days quoted are indicative and working days i.e. Monday to Friday. If weekend delivery is available it will be offered to you at checkout for an additional charge depending on the product ordered and your postcode.

The hoop and ball arrived in very good time. Unfortunately the pump broke as soon as I attempted to blow the ball up. Fortunately I had another pump to use. My grandson loves his springboard basketball hoop and I would happily recommend it.

Very quick delivery and great item
Very quick delivery and great item. Small fault on the strapping for the trampoline padding and was very quickly rectified and a new pad sent out. Really great customer service all round, very happy customer.

12x8 rectangle trampoline
First one I ordered - they kept me updated via email on the delivery timescale. I knew before selecting and paying that it wasn’t in stock but it had a in stock timeline. But then I had to cancel to get a size up.
My next order - it was in stock and again I was kept abreast on the progress of the order up until delivery.
The reason I chose to buy from them has to do with the warranty, the good reviews, max weight per use, and lastly I believe it is of good quality in the long run.

Great Trustworthy Company
Great company - this is the 2nd trampoline I have bought from here (I left first one with the house when moved). It is the same company as MadFun. Ordering via the website is easy and it clearly shows whether they are in stock for fast delivery or the date more stock is due. Communication from ordering to delivery was good. My 12x8 Salta was in stock and delivery was very quick.

I knew it would be delayed the purchase…
I knew it would be delayed the purchase as it was out of stock but the date it should have been back in it wasn’t, they did keep me fully informed and apologised for the extended delay but it was just short of 2 weeks later it was delivered and they didn’t tell me it would be the day it came.

We are sorry there was an extended delay. We have an approximate date for deliveries, but these can change due to delays with the ship docking,
customs and freight being unloaded.
We always try to keep our customers fully informed and update as soon as we are notified.
I'm sorry you did not know the item was arriving. Upon investigation, I can see that a shipment email with tracking was sent when the item was marked as despatched. I'm sorry you did not see this.

Trampoline is good quality
Trampoline is good quality - certainly feels more robust than previous ones I’ve had. Delivery was delayed but not the fault of trampolines.co.uk who communicated well on delay and expected due date, which is what you hope for when these things happen!

Reassuringly expensive, not better built.
Got one of their standard trampolines, thinking the extra price would mean it would be better built, it said it was for adults too but it's just about as good as any other we've got from Smyths toys or whereever. So just a rip off, at least as far as a 10" round job. And it cost 2.5x the price of the same one in Smyths.
The netting was much harder to do, threading all around with not enough string and the gauge of the steel was as thick as any other we've bought, some of the strings are already stretched out after just a week with one child.
