What a pain... I was!
I was a problem customer, To be honest. I asked for one thing... cancelled... changed... changed back.
I also needed it yesterday.
The gal on the other end of the line was calm, understanding, "gentle" with my questions, and easy to think I could call a third time and change things again.
LOL, dont do that if you can help. I was aided in my delivery choices, and I put down the phone (it was a phone order) knowing that it would arrive on time.
It arrived on time.
My advice is... if you are unsure, call them, talk to them, and get what you decide, and not what you think you need on the web page... IF you are unsure.

Don't Recommend Oval 12ft
We ordered the 12ft Oval trampoline with the football attachment. The instructions were hard to follow which resulted in us putting bits together and then having to undo it. Bolts snapped and the company had to resend them but it was hard to tell which ones were needed. After the company sent the correct bolts several times, we have manged to put the trampoline together to get the warranty.
The football screen does not fit the trampoline very well at all. I don't have any hope that it will last, but by this point I was exhausted with emails to the company.
The company did not offer any good will gesture or reimbursement for the trouble we went through to put this trampoline together for our 5 year old.

You have raised a few important points here. Assembly should not feel like a process of trial and error, and if instructions led to parts being fitted incorrectly and then undone, that is something we take seriously. We will be feeding this back to the manufacturer, as clearer guidance would have prevented a lot of the frustration you experienced.
With regards to the bolts, we can see from our records that replacements were sent out promptly each time you contacted us. That said, the fact it took multiple attempts to identify the correct ones suggests we could have handled that part more effectively, and that is on us to improve.
On the football attachment, it should fit securely when installed correctly. If it does not, then that is something we should review properly rather than leave you without confidence in the product. We would encourage you to get back in touch with us so we can assess this and provide a proper resolution.
On the point around goodwill, our focus throughout is on resolving functional issues by supplying the correct parts and ensuring the trampoline could be built safely and correctly. We appreciate that the overall experience has still fallen short of expectations, and that is clear from your feedback.
We do not take reviews like this lightly. If you are open to it, we would like the opportunity to look at this again and see if we can put things right more fully.

Hard to build
Hard to build, poor instructions…. My first attempt to build the trampoline (oval 12x8ft) resulted in failure. The outer frame would not go together despite trying various methods. I reached out to the company and they emailed me more instructions with a more refined method to build it, which, thankfully with a bit of faff, worked. I’m currently ~70% through the build now and will finish it tomorrow. Already spent about 4hrs on it. The nuts and bolts and x connectors are faffy and require manipulation, adjustment and loosening/tightening more than once to get it to build nicely. It’s easy to assemble components the wrong way round and no stickers to mitigate this. Not impressed tbh. The quality however does seem good. Summary: Hard to build, poor instructions with poor black & white photos but decent quality components and materials. 3 stars.

Great product
Besides damaged packaging in transport all goods received in good condition and complete, the only fault I had was the laces that needed to be woven around the net to keep it tight and fitted to trampoline the silver bits on the end of the laces fell off, therefore it took ages to complete the job, so long that I still have two nets to install.

Your feedback on the net lacing is particularly helpful. The silver ends coming off would absolutely make that part of the build more time consuming than it should be, and we can understand why that slowed things down, especially with multiple nets still to install.
This is not the experience we want for our customers, so we would encourage you to get in touch with our team. We can arrange replacement laces or offer guidance to make the installation easier so you can get everything finished without further hassle.

Poor quality product.
Ok.
So I can only presume that since the last review jump pro have changed suppliers for their trampolines.
Fist. The good bit. The oval itself is really well made and although it required two of us to fit the last piece it’s well made and strong. Unfortunately that’s it for the positives.
The really worrying piece of kit were the screws. I can’t say that they are substandard, not fit for purpose and dangerous as I honestly don’t know how they are measured bar the benchmark EN 71-14. I can say that both the m8 coach bolts and in particular the M6 coach bolts for the legs were very easily snapped. So tightening with they supplied poor quality spanner meant that I had a number of screws snap. They are not stainless steel or even zinc plated and as someone that works with these materials I struggle to see how they can be certified to user under load.
The padding that goes over the netting bars dripped when putting on as it has to go over a screw which has not been factored in by manufacturers. Think very cheap pipe sleeves used for insulation. Th tops of the upper bar had not been sanded down and were very sharp. The screws that hold the two bars together don’t actually thread very well. The padding around the outside is thin and doesn’t tie down effectively. And finally which is incredibly worrying for me ( if all of the above was not enough ) the netting is very thin. At the bottom of the netting according to the instructions there should be d rings that you thread string through to connect the net to the frame. On the actually trampoline there is only small holes made by changing the stitching without any reinforcement. I don’t believe that the product that has been reviewed previously is the same product I have received and can only assume the company has either gone with a different supplier or made a conscious decision to use different fixtures and fitting. Ultimately I don’t feel this product is as advertised or very safe.
