All stock information is real-time. If a product is out of stock, please refer to the back in stock date. The cut off time for same day despatch varies depending on the product. Any orders received after that time on weekdays or orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. The number of delivery days quoted are indicative and working days i.e. Monday to Friday. If weekend delivery is available it will be offered to you at checkout for an additional charge depending on the product ordered and your postcode.

Hi there purchased a trampolone on 3rd December box missing straight away. Got back to me on 16th meant to be next day delivery it’s the 15th of January still not received it and for the girl that answers the phone no apology is everyone else fault apart from the companies she works for . !!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and I want to start by sincerely apologising for your experience and the delays in receiving the missing box. I understand how frustrating this has been for you, and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We identified the missing box in December and attempted to reach out to you before Christmas to address the issue. Unfortunately, we didn’t hear back until 13th January, at which point we immediately dispatched the missing box on a next-working-day service. However, delays within the courier network have impacted delivery times, and for that, I apologise.
I’ve just been informed that the final missing box was delivered yesterday. I hope you’ve now been able to assemble the trampoline and that it meets your expectations in terms of quality.
While there were unfortunate delays with our courier during this process, please rest assured that we worked tirelessly to address the issue once it was brought to our attention. We appreciate your patience and understanding, even in such a frustrating situation.

Trampoline is great, accessories not so much
Trampoline is great! self assembly was pretty straightforward. The cover we bought had no fitting instructions neither does the tie down kit, this in particular is a struggle hence giving 4 stars. Had full instructions been provided you would have got 4.

Friendly, efficient service.
I made enquiries before purchasing a trampoline and received helpful advice. Delivery was slightly delayed but that was more to do with the courier than the company. Customer service was excellent.

Ordered a trampoline on a Fri before…
Ordered a trampoline on a Fri before the 1pm cutoff for delivery on the Monday. No delivery Monday or Tuesday. Called customer services who advise the delivery company we unable to locate the address, and they would come back to me confirming delivery would be on a specified date. Still awaiting that call and the trampoline.

Rectangular trampoline
Delivery was great with great communication.
The trampoline is perfect it was brought for my son’s 9th birthday. It took about 2 hours to put together, it’s very sturdy and looks super smart.

Brilliant company, great products
Trampoline company brilliant and very accommodating about fitting dates (thank you Jane B - so helpful!). However, there seemed to be a breakdown in communication with the installer who was very delayed, didn’t contact us and who told my daughter he hadn’t been given a contact number so couldn’t let us know about the delay, which was strange as we had provided two numbers. Anyway, all sorted and we are delighted with it. Thoroughly recommend this company for their professionalism, helpfulness and customer service.
