You won’t get your trampoline & wont receive within the timeframes.

We are really disappointed so we placed an order for a trampoline with 2-3 working days delivery, it didn’t arrive within the time frame and we waited 2 weeks so we emailed them to cancel the order as we ordered with another company. When we emailed we received a reply advising we still had to accept the delivery and then return it (which we would then be responsible for the costs of this) - doesn’t seem fair as we hadn’t received it in the time frame and had also emailed prior to receiving it saying we ordered elsewhere. We obviously now have this as they delivered it anyway despite us cancelling it and I have emailed requesting a return, and I will also be requesting the delivery fee/not accepting return costs as I don’t see how that’s our responsibility. (I also run quite a large business and so know what’s reasonable what isn’t).

Anyway; the order we put in with the other company for the second trampoline where there’s didn’t arrive with “MAD FUN” is actually a sister company of there’s, again we ordered with 2-3 working days delivery with assembly on the 22nd. No sign of trampoline by the 28th so we emailed to see what was happening. 29th they replied to say “ Thank you for your message, I have checked and there seems to be an issue as the system it has been flagged up as a payment issue because you have used the same card registered to 2 different addresses on our website and therefore the system prevented the order from being processed as part of our fraud protection system”.

We have received no notification of this until we emailed on the 28th so the customer service isn’t great, we would have still been waiting for it to be delivered for the next week or two had I not emailed. Also our order was placed with a completely separate company & they continue with delivery for the first trampoline so it doesn’t make sense for that to happen. We have replied to advise we own both properties and delivery was requested to separate addresses, now waiting for a reply.

Really disappointing.

The lady I spoke to was friendly and really helpful, advising me on what I needed and placing the order for me. I was even given an approximate delivery day and it arrived earlier.The trampoline is of good quality, sturdy and safe for my three children.

The safety nets keep falling down- not sure if this is a fault of design or build- would obviously give a much greater review if resolved - many thanks!

Fantastic quality trampoline and very fast delivery

A little bent and the delivery driver just threw it on the drive and didn't read the delivery instructions. Packaging was ripped and covered in boot prints. I imagine those things are related.

Free next day delivery on the website should be taken with a pinch of salt, it was more like free 'some time in the next two weeks' delivery. I expected that but other people might be less patient.

I carried out a lot of research before buying a trampoline because our back garden is very small. I wanted the best trampoline I could afford, to be used by children and teenagers. I carried out an online chat with a sales advisor who gave me excellent advice.
The trampoline itself is very good quality, sturdy and will withstand my three children jumping on it. I definitely recommend this company.

Purchased for a birthday gift, planned to arrive next working day so a Tuesday, eventually arrived on Friday, so missed the birthday - disappointing

Review update: Mad fun Trampolines checked and found the problem (below) happened between warehouse and transport, and straightaway arranged a complete replacement. Do contact them if you have questions/problems as customer service has been great. Previous review: The mat for covering the trampoline springs looks and feels good, and does the job for the long 'entrance' side of the trampoline. Just disappointing it wasn't clearer in the advert (a picture would help) that the 4 pads referred to, just cover one side of the trampoline, not all 4 sides (i.e. 1 pad per side).

Prompt delivery - good quality although a couple of issues with connection locations

They have a good range of products and their prices are better than their competitors. Delivery was on time and there was no problems.

Absolute fraud of a company do not buy. A trampoline was purchased for a birthday in December now feb and still no trampoline multiple times stated delivery was attempted which was nonsense and then finally got notification of delivered. When actually in fact was not delivered to correct address. And left at a garage where multiple properties in estate has same garage. Manager states nothing can be done. This was over a £2000 trampoline and has disappeared into thin air. "Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you’re responsible for making sure my order is delivered to me at my address or to an agreed alternative safe place. I did not agree to my order being left in an alternative place and I have not received it.”
I expect a full refund without undue delay.”
