All stock information is real-time. If a product is out of stock, please refer to the back in stock date. The cut off time for same day despatch varies depending on the product. Any orders received after that time on weekdays or orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. The number of delivery days quoted are indicative and working days i.e. Monday to Friday. If weekend delivery is available it will be offered to you at checkout for an additional charge depending on the product ordered and your postcode.

Called 6 times…. No answer
Update ( second paragraph ) Called 6 times. Twice went to voicemail 4 times got cut off. Never experienced sales line for a business not able to take calls or orders. Had multiple options to buy a trampoline from and this company is a clear no go. If they can’t take calls for sales then the customer service is going to be even worse should I face an issue.
Following on from the response from said business. Yes it’s the correct number and as stated I rang the “sales line” to make a purchase hence you wouldn’t have my details as I was a prospective customer. Maybe check your phone lines are operational rather than assume I rang the wrong number. As stated…. No one answered the phone

Oval trampoline
The trampoline was easy to order and came quickly.
Unfortunately the frame wasn't really oval when putting together and took force to align!
It's ok but overstretched on one side as a result.

Great trampoline
Delivery came when expected. Opened the boxes and started to assemble, it took two people but was relatively straight forward and it took a couple of hours to assemble.
The trampoline is good quality and my 7 year old daughter absolutely loves the trampoline.

Poles around top of net keep popping out. Refitted several times but still keep popping out of metal connecting tubes.

I feel like it was a very expensive trampoline to not be able to get all the parts

Happy with the trampoline I ordered
Happy with the trampoline I ordered. I found it straightforward to assemble but quite time consuming. The worst part was getting the mat to the central position to the frame to begin hooking up the springs with the correct number of rings on each side of the folded mat. After that it was simple enough. The trampoline looks to be a decent quality but time will tell.
