All stock information is real-time. If a product is out of stock, please refer to the back in stock date. The cut off time for same day despatch varies depending on the product. Any orders received after that time on weekdays or orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. The number of delivery days quoted are indicative and working days i.e. Monday to Friday. If weekend delivery is available it will be offered to you at checkout for an additional charge depending on the product ordered and your postcode.

Nice tramplone but construction very hard
I bought this for my grandkids to replace their old one. When the item was delivered it was one female on her own delivering, my daughters pregnant and had to try to help push the boxes.
The instructions were terrible, it would be much better if parts had coloured tabs on them. The rods for the netting were especially difficult and do not sit well on the springs. I also bought the ball goal to go in it, but the ties are to short so we've not been able to add this.
The trampoline itself is fine but construction is very hard.

I am sorry to hear about the delivery experience. Our deliveries are kerbside and handled by the courier, and while they do follow manual handling guidelines, I accept that a single driver with bulky boxes can be challenging. Your feedback here is fair and we will be feeding this back to the carrier, as we do not expect customers or family members, especially someone who is pregnant, to feel pressured to help move items.
On the build itself, your suggestion about coloured tabs or clearer identification is a sensible one so thank you for that. I will pass this on to the manufacturing team as part of our ongoing product improvement discussions.
Regarding the goal, the ties should be sufficient for correct installation. If they are not, that is something we would want to resolve for you. I would strongly encourage you or your daughter to contact our customer service team directly so we can arrange the correct fix or replacement parts.
I am pleased to hear that the trampoline itself is performing well and doing its job for your grandkids. Thank you again for the honest feedback. It helps us improve both the product experience and the support around it.

Buyer beware!!
Purchased the Akrobat above ground rectangular trampoline two years ago for its “lifetime warranty” - foolishly, thinking that it was worth paying for a good quality product and for this great warranty. Trampoline tipped over in the wind, bending several components of the frame. I contacted the company immediately to inform them of the damage.I was told that the terms and conditions of the warranty exclude any weather damage. They offered to supply replacement parts to the tune of about 400 pounds! Buyer beware!
By the way… The conditions of the warranty are nowhere to be found on the website! They were only provided to me after the damage was done and after I requested replacement parts.

For clarity, all trampolines — including those from Akrobat — are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by external factors such as weather or wind is not covered under any trampoline warranty. This is standard across all brands, as such damage is not related to a product fault.
To help customers make an informed choice, we include information about warranty exclusions such as weather damage in our website FAQ section. We also always aim to assist where we can — in this case by offering replacement parts at cost price to help get your trampoline back in use as affordably as possible.
