TPT Retirement Solutions Arvostelua

Very quick response from Andrew. No issues and dealt with smoothly.

Had the answers I needed, very helpful

The customer service agent Tom is extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I spoke to him a couple of days ago about enquiring into my pension and this young man followed it up for me without any further request and contacted me to update me. This was excellence service and the shoe man is a credit to your Team.

Only just started discussing with TPT through their online chat, but so far it’s very effective & helpful!

I have been help by Sabrina with my password reset and then my pension pot information. She is by miles the most calm assistant. She just allowed me to log in without me feeling rushed. She sorted everything lm so glad. This is excellent service. 😊

I couldn’t remember my membership number so called TPT expecting to have to wait awhile on the phone but to my surprise & delight, I was put through straight away.
Raj was extremely helpful not only resolving my problem but also advising me on another couple of questions I had.
Thanks Raj for being so helpful.
A satisfied customer.

Very helpful, polite and informative. Excellent Customer Service

Great help 👍

Ritika was so helpful and just so lovely. I was having trouble trying to complete my form. Ritika was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me.

IThis morning I spoke to Judy regarding my issue to access to my tpt account, she was so kind and she clearly spoke to me easy language. She tried to help but I could not do what she told me to do.
I appreciate her customer service.
Many thanks for help and good assistance.

The operator's communication was exceptionally clear and concise, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of my inquiries. This significantly contributed to a highly satisfactory experience.

All the staff on the phones are generally pretty good, my only criticism from my own personal experience was the length of time it took to actually receive my money, uploaded documents with the aid of one of the customer service assistants, but then they disappeared into the ether. Had to then send by signed for post, the whole process took several weeks, whereas NEST took 5 working days and all received.

Friendly & professional

Raj was clear and to the point…. He was knowledgeable and advise for what I needed to to send my ID

Can’t that him enough he was also patient and polite

Jyoti listened to me and took time to get the right information and pass it on to me

I was lucky enough to speak to Sabrina for the second time this week. I can't praise her enough, she is exceptionally patient, clear with her information and very helpful.
