I spoke with Sabrina who was professional and patient

I spoke with Sabrina on this occassion. She was very professional and patient with me waiting for me to find the information she required. She spent time explaining things to me and answering my question knowledgeably. Her customer service was excellent.

Excellent Guidance Given

Very focused assistance given on the correct part of the pension form to complete, and good explanation of how to allow for the portion of the withdrawal that will be taxed. Very clear & helpful guidelines given.

Online account

I had not created an online account and now need to - to manage a pot transfer (that has been ongoing for over 1 year!!!). Initially TPT requested (for security reasons) all of my personal data (DoB, NI number, address, email etc etc)be sent in one email, which I refused to do. I found my original joiners email with links that had expired forward that to the help team and they then resent an updated version of that and everything was so easy to just create an account and check my pension status.
I just hope they get the pension pot transfer in scheme up and working asap, potential i am loosing money.
