This so called mini aircon unit is no more than an ordinary fan. DO NOT BE CONNED BY THIS COMPANY.
I recently purchased one of these. It took nearly a month to arrive, when I opened it and tried it out the lowest temp it went to was 16.5 degrees. when I emailed the company regarding the return I was told that sipping costs for me to return the goods would be between $50-$80. If I wished I could have a partial refund which worked out at £14.75. This company are con merchants

Ist nicht das wie es beschrieben wurde, das hat mit Klimaanlage gar nichts zu tun und so wenig Power das meine Ventilatoren mehr Luft machen als diese Geräte. Versuche seit einer Woche die Geräte zurück zu senden aber bekomme keine Antwort Steht auch drin aus Deutschland und dann kommen die aus China.

Völlig nutzloses Gerät, das zudem übel riecht. Support gibt es nicht und die gesetzlich zugesicherte Rücknahme wird ignoriert. Absoluter Betrug.

Coolzy Klimaanlage von totsoo gekauft.Das Gerät ist ein einziger Witz aber kein Klimagerät.Totaler Betrug.Firma ist nicht zu erreichen und Retoure muss selbst bezahlt werden.
Wenn über PayPal bezahlt wurde, kann evtl eine Rückzahlung vorgenommen werden. Der 1 Stern ist noch zu viel.

Was advertised as a room cooler, ads showed a unit with plumbing in it and cooling.

A scam. It's simply a battery powered fan. There is no cooling in the product, and as a fan it is way overpriced.

Das Gerät ist absoluter Schrott und hat nichts mit dem zu tun, was beworben wird.
Die Geld-zurück-Garantie ist wertlos, denn sie greift nur für unbenutzte Produkte. Außerdem müssen die Rücksendekosten vom Käufer übernommen werden.
Finger weg von diesem Anbieter!

Air con unit ordered. A cheap wall mounted heater arrived. Struggled to get hold of the company. They offered $21 refund and when I emailed back to say I had paid just short of £160, the upped the refund to $40 and a full refund if I returned the heater to China. THIS IS NOT A UK BASED COMPANY, as suggested on the advert & I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS, IT'S A SCAM!!

Leider hab ich vorher wieder nicht hier geschaut! Deutscher Hersteller ohne Schlauch ...gute Erfahrungsberichte, dachte ich mir gönn ich mir mal ein Klimagerät um 180€ . Bestellt,Bestätigungsemail chinesisch ...da war ich eh schon auf 180 geladen...fast 4 Wochen gewartet. Dann voll billig verarbeitet und megalaut. Heute 10 Std. Laufen lassen mit 19 Grad...Wohnung abgedunkelt und ich hab 24,6 grad in der Wohnung. Hatte ich mit meinem Ventilator um 29€ auch. Also das ist wirklich Betrug...mal sehen ob ich ihn retournieren kann. Also Finger weg...taugt nichts ist nur teuer...

Es ist eine betrügerische Firma. Achtung der Rückversand funktioniert nicht. Keine Rückgaberecht kann beansprucht werden

Absoluter Betrug. Das Gerät sieht aus, als wenn es zu lange in der Sonne stand. Kühlung? Keine Spur davon. Wollt ihr vor diesem Wahnsinn geschützt sein? Einfach und unter gar keinen Umständen bestellen. Am liebsten hätte ich 0* vergeben. Wie bekomme ich das Gerät jetzt zurück und mein Geld zurück?

Wir haben leider auch das sogenannte Klimagerät gekauft, waren allerdings der Meinung daß es sich um ein deutsches Gerät handelt, mussten das leider feststellen daß es Chinaware ist. Keinerlei Kühlung voller Betrug es ist nur ein teuerer Ventilator. Also Finger weg davon.

Purchase a cooleez air con unit. Item went wrong sent email to the support services and failed to deliver. Do not purchase from this company. Totsoo. Remember the name. Luckily i didnt spend as muvh as the other person.

Finger weg. Das Gerät bläst nur warm und ist in der EU nicht zugelassen. Direkt in den Müll!

Screams fraud, fraud, fraud!!!
I’m Unable to make any contact with this company via email addresses available. I need to return an item, when I followed links in returns information and tried to contact the company via other links, ALL the emails I sent are returned ‘Delivery has failed’ !!! I have no other contact information.
NO customer service available let alone after -sales service.
If I could rate this company minus 10 I would!!

Das angebliche Klimagerät ist absoluter Schrott. Meine Mails können nicht mehr zugestellt werden. Das ist Betrug.

Ordered an air conditioning unit priced at $186. Absolute rubbish. Tried to find a contact for them and found an email address. Emailed them and they offered my $18.60 as compensation for my distress. When I refused and asked for my money back nothing and still nothing. Wont be using them or Shopify again that's for sure

I've ordered the coldeez cooling ace from these people. It's rubbish and look so cheap. It's like an ordinary fan nothing special but description says it's air cooling unit and cool the room so I've ordered it but doesn't do anything and blows like an ordinary fan does. The picture shows this product work like an AC.The product doesn't match the description at all. Its expensive for a plastic fan. I've asked for the refund and they've offered me £7.00 and keep the product or I have pay returns cost which & £40- £50 and I've paid £70.00. Be careful people DO NOT order anything from this people. Its scam.
