Extremely disappointing experience with…
Extremely disappointing experience with this company. I am a new mother of twins, and I purchased this breast pump expecting it to be reliable and suitable for an essential daily need. Unfortunately, the pump developed a serious suction problem and did not work as it should when I needed it most.
As per the policy they will send us replacement only the valve and their troubleshooting process takes upto 28 days. i can not leave my babies without milk and what am i going to do within this time frame. I was forced to order breast pump from other vendors. They should apply their policy with logic.
I contacted customer service and fully cooperated with their troubleshooting process. I provided multiple videos and all the evidence requested to demonstrate the fault. After reviewing the videos, their own team confirmed that the duckbill valve was not functioning correctly and could be causing the lack of suction. In other words, the issue was clearly identified.
Despite this, instead of resolving the matter properly, I was offered another replacement part and further troubleshooting. At this point, I had already been put through unnecessary stress and inconvenience and had to purchase another breast pump because I could no longer rely on this product for my babies.
What is most disappointing is the way the complaint has been handled. I have provided evidence, cooperated fully and repeatedly explained my situation, yet I have still had to push for a full refund rather than receiving a straightforward resolution.
For a product that is used by mothers for something as important as feeding their babies, I expected much better reliability and customer support.
I would NOT recommend this product or this company based on my experience. The product failed when I needed it, and the customer service process has been unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.
⚠️ HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. ⚠️
I sincerely hope the company improves both the quality of its products and the way it handles customers when something goes wrong.

We are sorry to hear about the experience you have had with your Electric Breast Pump and with our customer service.
As part of our troubleshooting, we require as much information as possible in order to determine what may be the fault with your item. We can see that we have offered to bring your unit in for an assessment and further investigation by our team to determine what the issue is, this is where the 28 day period comes in.
Having read through the interaction, as you mentioned, we concluded that the issue was with the Duck Valve. This is a replaceable part in the breast pump. which we're happy to send you free of charge as this should rectify the issue you have faced. We understand that you would have preferred a refund, however, as there was not a fault with the pump but with a replaceable part, we are unable to refund it.
However, we do completely understand your frustration, as to how your complaint was handled. We never want to make anyone feel as though a complaint is not handled the correct way and feedback will be provided to the Parent Care Specialist's you spoke with.
Please accept our apologies for not meeting you expectations on this occasion, we can see that you are in communication with our Parentcare Specialists and we hope to hear from you.

After reviewing the video evidence, she was able to confirm that the temperature sensor was faulty and promptly arranged a replacement.

Unsatisfactory customer service
I have a wearable double breast pump and there was no charger in the box. I initially spoke to customer service and they ordered me a new charger but then a few days later I was contacted to say they actually don’t have the charger and I should check back in again with them next week. As a mum who needs to express regularly, I think this is terrible service. They apologised but that doesn’t help me at all. I now have a very expensive breast pump I can’t use because the battery has died. Terrible service, wouldn’t recommend,

Fantastic customer service experience
I had a problem with flange size in a pump I'd purchased, so I messaged Tommee Tippee on Facebook, and within an hour, they'd helped order the right size for me to be sent out. Absolutely amazing customer service!

Quick and efficient
Harry and Thomas were incredibly helpful in arranging the replacement heads for the electric nail file I bought for my baby. Have already received the email and the heads are due to arrive in 3-5 days. Thank you both for your help and support.

Great customer service
I previously purchased two of the On the Go Stainless Steel Insulated Bottle Flask's and they were so good for the kids. Unfortunately had a bit of an issue with them so I contacted customer service. I spoke with Beverley who was so understanding and friendly. She agreed to replace my bottles for me.
I had to provide some pictures and once received, Izzy confirmed what I wanted and a replacement was arranged.

We just had our first newborn boy and…
We just had our first newborn boy and bought the Tommee Tippee food prep maker. After following the instructions it appeared there was a slight issue with one of the functions. I contacted the Parent Care team at TT, and spoke with Beverley. Beverley couldn't have been more helpful, approachable, competent, and quick to respond when dealing with our query. After one or two email exchanges, Beverley troubleshooted and diagnosed the issue before providing a recommendation that worked. Some of the best customer care we have received, particularly in these anxious first few days after having a newborn. From Mark and Eimear.

Prep Go machine does not work properly
Prep Go machine does not work properly, there are constant issues with it being too warm and therefore not functioning or it only gives the hotshot and not cold shot.
Customer care team also refused to help!
I would never recommend this machine to anyone.

We would kindly like to make you aware that the Perfect Prep Machine's have a built-in safety feature designed to prevent water from dispensing at a temperature that may be too hot for your baby’s feed. During warmer months, this can flag up more often. The Perfect Prep will only operate if the internal temperatures or water temperature are between 5°C-28°C
We also recommend that you keep the Perfect Prep Machine away from sunlight and warm appliances ensuring that the machine works to its best capacity.
I appreciate being a busy parent it is not always easy to keep in contact, however we can see that you are currently in contact with the parentcare specialist team. Please be rest assured we will do our very best to get all your concerns resolved as quickly as possible.
