After a recent family bereavement
After a recent family bereavement, dealing with customer service was the absolute last thing our family wanted to do. However, Jo and Cienne from the Tommee Tippee Parent Care Specialist team were an absolute breath of fresh air. When looking for replacement star valves for the anti colic bottles, I emailed with Florence, when they couldn't replace the star valves they replaced all the bottles there and then, fast service and response, very friendly. Full confidence in the brand, as I have purchased many of the Tommee tippee products.
