I have been trying to access my TLS account to upload my documents online prior the appointment day and it is impossible! The website does not work and the customer services does not reply to my queries when asked for help. 100% useless and stressful.

Horrible appointment booking system. It takes you weeks, if not months, to be able to book an appointment online. They warn about appointment booking services but it seems like they are doing nothing to prevent it. The website becomes extremely slow once an appointment slot is available. Once I booked my appointment, it felt like my PHd got funded from Oxford, that's how difficult it was.

They charge £15 for prints, and the staff almost always find an excuse to get you to either take a photo or print a document.

I had a very positive experience at TLS Rabat. The staff were kind, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire process. They carefully reviewed every document, provided clear and accurate information, and made sure everything was complete without making me feel rushed or stressed. Their patience, politeness, and attention to detail were truly appreciated. The service was also well organized and efficient, with a comfortable waiting area for applicants. Thank you for making the visa application process such a smooth and pleasant experience.

Never in my life have I had such a bad experience with a visa application centre / embassy in my life!!! The people are rude and condescending and have no regard for the time, money or effort (student) applicants pht into this process. I called to ask about the documents under review and this “customer service representative” hung up in my face after i expressed frustration about the delays in my process… she was rude and unprofessional. I will be calling the embassy and complaining again because if I do miss my deadlines for the visa it would only be due to THEIR delays and incompetence.

I had a very disappointing experience with TLScontact during my recent visa appointment.

According to the official document checklist, applicants are required to provide proof of UK immigration status (eVisa) together with a share code. I brought exactly those documents.

When I reached the reception desk, I was simply told that my immigration status document was "wrong". No one could explain what was actually wrong with it or what document I should have provided instead. I was just told to print another copy.

What made this even more frustrating was the timing. My appointment was at 12:00 pm, and I arrived at around 11:50 am. Despite arriving early, I wasn't allowed into the centre until about 12:10 pm and then had to queue until around 12:25 pm before I was seen by reception.

After making me wait for over 25 minutes, the receptionist then told me I had only five minutes left before my appointment would be cancelled unless I printed new documents immediately. This delay was entirely caused by TLScontact's own process, yet I was the one put under pressure and forced to pay for additional services.

I had no real choice but to use the printing service.

The most concerning part was the charging process. When I asked the printing assistant how much it would cost, I was told it was **£15** and that I could print as many documents as needed. The staff member was actually very kind and even helped me print documents for all three applications in my family's booking, as my husband had to stay outside with our baby because children were not allowed inside.

However, when it came to payment, I was charged **£45 (£15 × 3 applications)** instead of the £15 I had been told to expect.

The printing assistant was polite and helpful, so my complaint is not about that individual. My concern is the complete lack of transparency and consistency. If the fee was always intended to be charged per applicant, why was I told I could print everything for £15? Why wasn't the pricing clearly explained before the documents were printed?

Even more importantly, I still have no idea why my original immigration status documents were supposedly "incorrect", despite following the official checklist. No one was able to explain this.

Overall, I found the service poorly organised, inconsistent, and unnecessarily stressful. Applicants already pay significant visa fees and should not be pressured into paying additional charges because of unclear instructions or inadequate explanations.

TLScontact should seriously improve staff training, communication, and transparency regarding both document requirements and additional service fees.

Absolute nightmare experience. The TLS Contact website has been completely offline and inaccessible for five consecutive days now. As a critical service handling time-sensitive visa applications, this level of extended downtime is completely unacceptable.
​To make matters worse, their customer service team is entirely unhelpful. When you finally manage to get through, they offer nothing but generic, scripted responses, provide no timeline for a fix, and show zero urgency regarding the major impact this has on people's travel plans, flights, and lives. If you are forced to use this service, prepare for massive frustration.

This was such a flawless experience, it was an absolute pleasure. Instructions are so precise and a person knows exactly what to do and to take with. the staff are absolutely so friendly and helpful, one feels like its a family. Really awesome experience.

I find the organization well organized, although it took time to call my references and number for the interview. Once at the desk, I was a bit confused from the interview desk to the payment counter. It was not clear for the payment method. Sometimes in cash only from the agent for interview, sometimes possibilities by card.

Efficient, friendly, no waiting times. Arrived at the specified time, was taken care of straight away. Could not have met two nicer people.
I feel for them as there is NO air conditioning in their office. The fans are blowing around hot air. Someone from the government needs to act on this, its impossible work conditions!
