Statt der beschriebenen Glaslampe habe ich eine schlecht verklebte Plastikkugel aus China zugeschickt bekommen, wirklich allerbilligste Produktion (Preis allerdings 130€)! Die Rückerstattung hat letzten Endes funktioniert, aber mich viel Zeit und Nerven gekostet. Absolut keine Empfehlung!

Assistenza che risponde prontamente. I pacchi sono stati consegnati dopo molti giorni ma mi avevano spiegato che quegli articoli erano molto richiesti, non l'avevano previsto e ci sarebbe stato un lieve ritardo nella consegna. Il corriere GOFO mi ha segnalato un tentativo di consegna fallito in un giorno festivo, che non avevo indicato come possibile per la consegna. Tuttavia, tra la domenica ed il lunedì ho ricevuta assistenza sia da GOFO sia da Tizonaa ed i pacchi sono stati dopo poche ore consegnati. Grazie!, anche per il vostro commento.

It’s a scam
It’s a scam. The lamp is plastic and overall poor quality. The description on website was misleading and the product can only be returned to China - this is absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is also terrible, they have been ignoring my messages for weeks.

Quality not good. They avoid enabling returns. Beware
I wish I did not buy from this maker. They are not local. Delivery took ages, quality not good, and they want me to pay for returning the package to China... Obviously, I am arguing with customer support, who sound nice initially but quickly become evasive.

Vil ikke bytte defekte lamper
Jeg købte nogle lamper til badeværelset - som viste sig ikke at kunne samles. Da lamperne er købt i maj måned og det først er nu (grundet større renovering af vores lejlighed ) - lamperne skal samles og sættes op - får vi at vide efter en del korrespondance, at Tizonaa ikke kan hjælpe os.

am still waiting for the 40% refund for a product purchased on your website that turned out to be completely different from what was shown online. On September 29th you confirmed that you would refund 40%, and I am still waiting. Previously, customer service replied to my emails saying that the finance department had already made the transfer, but now they do not even respond. On social media, you delete all negative comments. It’s a disgrace. Your online shop is a scam.

I have to say I never expérienced such nice exchanges with a customer service. I am used to order on line and needed to return a product. The help I got from Jarlien was incredibly efficient and human. The company did everything they could to sort me out and I would recommand it as you felt understood and you could trust them and the team was fantastic ! Not so commun nowadays !!

I bought 2 lamp shades :(
I bought 2 lamp shades. For the price I paid, one is smaller than advertised, and the bottom bit is plastic, the website only mentioned metal as material.
The other one has a very thin plastic which arrived cracked.
I wish I had read the reviews here, I would not have wasted my money.
Having read the reviews it sounds as if their refund policy is terrible.
I also noted that neither light had anything to state where it was made. I had thought this was a requirement. I am sure the Dutch would be horrified to think that these products are being sold as from the Netherlands, when it is actually China.
If these had been one quarter of the price, maybe worth it. I would not recommend.

Extremely Disappointing – Not Worth the High Price
I purchased this ceiling lamp expecting a premium product, but it fails to live up to its steep price tag. Right out of the box, the materials felt cheap and the overall construction seemed flimsy. The fixture doesn’t sit properly, and the mounting feels unstable, giving the whole lamp a budget look despite its “luxury” branding.
The lighting is uneven and occasionally flickers, even after trying multiple high-quality bulbs. After just a few weeks, the metal finish began to fade, and small scratches appeared without the lamp ever being touched.
Overall, this is a lamp that promises exclusivity but delivers mediocrity. For the price, I expected much better durability and design quality. Save your money and look for a more reliable option.

I bought a lamp over a month ago that cost 5600 SEK, which is very expensive.
The company appears to be a serious company based in the Netherlands, but in reality the products are shipped from China. Catastrophic quality, not at all like in the picture and it also had completely broken during transport. I asked for a complaint and they wanted to replace it with a new one but I refused and chose a refund. I have not yet received my money back, it has gone several weeks. They are a total scam!!!!

I received a lamp in a completely different colour from the one ordered. The seller admitted it was their mistake but insisted on issuing the return label; they asked to return to Asia at MY OWN COSTS. They did everything possible to avoid covering the return shipping, even though it was clearly their fault. EXTREMELY UNFAIR PARTNER! In the end, we had to accept a discount to minimise our losses.

Firma nie zwraca pieniędzy za wadliwy towar, piszą kilkanaście emaili, że płatność jest w trakcie realizacji jednak nigdy nie zwracają pieniędzy. Kiedy napiszesz, że podejmiesz kroki prawne- przestają się odzywać. Jakość towaru (lampa) bardzo niska- inny wygląd niż na zdjęciach na stronie. Odradzam.

Pessimi: prodotto danneggiato e reso impossibile
Ho acquistato una plafoniera, che mi è stata recapitata in un imballaggio inadeguato e in cattive condizioni. La lampada era fortemente dannaggiata (con un'ammaccatura evidente) oltre che difettosa, con dei brutti fori causati da dei chiodi sul retro (che il customer service ha definito "airways for proper ventilation" in seguito alle mie domande). In ogni caso, mi hanno proposto di rispedire il prodotto in CINA a mie spese, per ottenere un rimborso. Nonstante le numero mail, dopo aver letto altre recensioni ho riunciato a spedire. Non comprate!
