Product that arrived was different lamp, not according to photos nor specifications. It was even smaller than stated in description. Tried to call them during the stated business hours and nobody answered on their phone +447428170310.

Shocking product quality , a far cry from the stuff on their polished web store.
Tried to return a drainer (£70) which was extremely poor quality, flimsy with dangerously sharp rivets only to be met with 2 (so far) efforts to offer a partial refunds and unwillingness to accept returns. Will likely have to raise a charge back for it at this rate.

Beautiful lamp and fast delivery.

The is very well finished and beautiful. I have not installed it yet, but I do believe it will amazingly beautiful with lights on!

Our lamp that has cost 250€ is piece of shit. It's coloured polystyrene!!! Company is acting a as Holland luxury store, that makes high quality and natural material lighting, but it's a scam! Don't buy anything from them.

I have been using it for a week now. It’s very light, dries quickly after washing, and is very easy to use. Since it’s metal, it does get knife marks, and I am a little concerned that tiny particles of dirty might get into those scratches, still I think it’s better than white plastic cutting boards that stain easily, or wooden ones. At the time of purchase, I accidentally ordered two, but I emailed right away to cancel and the response was very quick. The payment was processed after delivery, which was not a problem. Since I live on a remote island, I expected the delivery to take longer, but it is arrived smoothly from Chaina without any damage.

I purchased a dish drainer from Tizonaa for over £70, expecting a premium product given the professional-looking website, polished photos, and high price point. Unfortunately, the item I received was completely different from what was advertised. It was made from cheap materials, including flimsy plastic, and looked nothing like the photos.

When I contacted the company, they accepted my request for a refund. However, they required me to return the item to China at my own expense, refusing to cover return shipping despite the fact that the product was misrepresented and not as advertised.

This has left me very disappointed. I paid a high price for what turned out to be a low-quality product, and I’ve been left out of pocket for return costs due to their unfair policy.

I would strongly caution others to think twice before purchasing from Tizonaa.

Auch ich bin reingefallen. Viel Geld bezahlt, Ware absoluter Schrott, viel Zeit investiert um Rückerstattung zu erreichen. Nichts passiert. Hört auf die schlechten Bewertungen, die sind wahr.

Bij bestelling is niet duidelijk dat je bestelling uit China komt. Je denkt te doen te hebben met een Nederlands bedrijf. Retourkosten moet je zelf betalen en dat is in dit geval veel te kostbaar. Ik zit nu met een lamp waarvan de kleur niet overeenkomt met het plaatje. Voor mij heel lelijk.

Elendig kvalitet. Svarer på ingen måde til prisen. Fuldstændig spild af penge. Det “Ligner” afbillede i webshoppen - men er ikke udført med nogen som helst samvittighed for produktets finish og holdbarhed. Virkelig dårlig udført. Noget forfærdeligt ressourcespild overhovedet at producere sådan noget elendigt skrammel og fragte det til Europa.

This is a very deceptive business. I ordered on their other websites lunerandcle.com. They have a host of websites (Lunerandcle.com, Tizonaa.com, Liorandcle.com, Clairove.com, cleorandvoire.com, noellure.com, cevarine.com) selling lights and purporting to be European. Once you order you will discover shipping is from China and not the delivery companies that they promise. They don't honour the policies promised on site. Will waste your time pretending that they are working on refunds when they are really only trying to stall. Had to open chargeback after loads of time wasting to get a promised refund and even then they don't give up and slyly tried to get me to close it - obviously don't do this as you would lose your right to reopen it. Also watch out for clearly fake positive reviews on some of their trust pilot pages. You should contact your financial services provider for help if you are being given the runaround too.

J'ai commandé des taies d'oreiller, que je n'ai malheureusement pas pu tester car je ne les ai tout simplement pas reçu. Après avoir contacté à plusieurs reprises le SAV, ils m'annoncent simplement que le colis a bien été envoyé et que c'est à moi de le retrouver ... Sans dédommagement ni remboursement possible

Ordered a light 4 months ago and it was damaged when I received it, they said that a replacement would be sent out straight away and the same thing happened another damaged light. I was told to keep the lights or throw them away and they would send me a refund. I haven’t received my refund although they have said that it has been processed. £115 is a lot of money to me and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same as I have, 2 broken lights and NO refund

Penoso! Al hacer la compra no te confirman que está realizado el PVP. Y te ponen como gancho el mismo producto, al cual, al no ver que se ha realizado el cobro vuelves a aceptar y ahí está la trampa. Compras 2 productos iguales en vez de 1. Llevo 1 mes y 1/2 esperando la devolución del artículo doble que me cobraron. Pésima experiencia. Espero recuperar mi dinero

This is a scam, I ordered 2 lamps and cancelled immediately when I saw scamming behaviour at the check out.
They confirmed cancellation and refund but 3 weeks later I don’t have my money back.

To further add to their skam, they answered on my review below asking to contact them for the fix but they already gave me the same apologetic feedback for more than a month now. They keep on saying that the refund was processed and will check and get back to me. Hope is lost, I will see how I can report them because I don't understand how they are still online with this scam.

Uwaga,to OSZUŚCI ! Lampa mniejsza niż w opisie, zwrot do Chin na koszt konsumenta pomimo ,że firma zarejestrowana w Holandii. Po wielu mailach, i propzycjach żebym lampę za kilkaset złotych oddała komuś w prezencie obiecano mi upust, ale pieniędzy oczywiście nie zobaczyłam

Ordered pendant lamp, received damaged product with clear dent in metal rim. Despite their return policy clearly stating damaged goods qualify for full refund with "no cost to customer," Tizonaa repeatedly refused to honor their own terms.

I reported the damage on day one with clear photos. Their initial response was to offer only 30% store credit. After I quoted their own policy back to them, they offered a 15% refund while letting me keep the damaged item. When I pointed out this violates their "defective products" policy, they offered 25% refund but wanted me to pay return shipping to China. Their final offer was 40% refund after I repeatedly cited their own return policy.

Their return policy explicitly states damaged goods get full refunds with no customer cost, yet they consistently treated this as a "change of mind" return requiring me to pay expensive international shipping. When I gave them a final ultimatum referencing their policy violations with a clear deadline, they stopped responding entirely.

Avoid this company - they don't stand behind their published policies when it costs them money. Poor quality product, worse customer service, and dishonest business practices. They clearly hope customers will give up rather than fight for their rights.

The shape is modern, and the light is warm without being too yellow. Great find

Pessima esperienza.
Ho acquistato 2 plafoniere a un costo abbastanza elevato pensando di acquistare un prodotto di qualità. Sono arrivate imballate in un anonimo cartone, senza alcuna marca e pieno di nastro adesivo. la luce che sviluppano è decisamente inferiore a quella indicata sul sito e sono evidentemente prodotti cinesi di scarsissima qualità.
Dopo aver immediatamente chiesto il reso mi è stato offerto di rispedirle in Cina con costi a carico mio. Come alternativa un rimborso del 15% che dopo numerose interlocuzioni con l' assistenza era stato elevato al 50%. Alla fine, dopo innumerevoli mail che assicuravano l' avvenuto bonifico, quest' ultimo non è mai arrivato.
Sconsiglio vivamente.
