Order Not Delivered and Refund Not Received
I have not receiveid my money back for a lamp that was never in stock.
I placed my order on February 7, and since then I have been dealing with this company without any resolution. Despite confirming a refund on March 18, I still have not received my money.
It is unacceptable for a company to retain payment for an order they failed to fulfill.
I would strongly advise against purchasing from Tizonaa
UPDATE: Althought Tizonaa respond asking me to contac them through their customer sevice mail, I have already been communicating with them through that same contact method througout this entire process. Despite multiple followups, I still not received my refund.

Esta página es una estafa, se venden como empresa europea y están en China. Envían artículos de calidad pésima, luego cuando llegan y no los quieres porque el precio es una estallada en relación a lo que mandan te pone problemas para devolverlo y te dicen que tienes que enviarlo a china, cuando que en su página pone que están en Amsterdam.

I payed a lot of money for a lamp which seemed to be a quality one.
I received the cheapest quality I bought in my life, a garbage I couldn't imagine someone could sell for more then 5 Euro. From the chinese store from my town I could have bought a better lamp with the most 5% from the money I payed for the lamp on Tizonaa 's site.
So, avoid them completely otherwise u will pay 100 € for something which hardly can be called lamp, which is worth maxim 1 (one) € in China' s currency, far real garbage.

Ik had een lamp besteld, maar er stond niet bij dat deze uit China komt. Omdat hij heel erg tegenviel wilde ik hem terugsturen. Heb heb naar China gestuurd en zou mijn geld ontvangen. Hier wacht ik al maanden op.
De website is erg misleidend. Doe géén zaken met dit bedrijf, ze komen geen enkele afspraak na.

This is a scam. Do NOT buy from this company. I paid £133.00 for a pendant light. It arrived and the fittings were cheap plastic. To send it back means you have to send it back to China which is obviously not worth while. All they offered me was 10%. I settled on 15% so even IF they do refund the pathetic £19.95 I am still left out of pocket with a piece of rubbish. Be warned.

Tizonaa es un ENGAÑO. Bajo una página web atractiva se esconde una empresa que únicamente gestiona de manera lamentable pedidos que llegan de China con una calidad muy deficiente. Una vez que has hecho el pedido y el ingreso se desentienden completamente. No devuelven correos no gestionan los envíos erróneos...Únicamente te atienden y mienten para que hagas el pedido. En mi caso trasladare a la Organización de Consumidores y a mi abogado la reclamación ya que después de pagar más de 700 euros una de las lámparas no ha llegado y el resto no lo hizo como debía. Repito es un ENGAÑO.

Don't order from this site! I rushed and ordered without checking customers reviews. It was the 28th of February 2026. Now, it is 16th of March and not only that they didn't delivered but they don't even answer my question about the delivery status. Unfortunately for me, the I've paid good money. Uwaga na ten sklep . Po prostu oferują lampy , które są przesyłane z Chin . Mają biuro w Holandii a dalej nic ich nie interesuje. Zwrot jest praktycznie niemożliwy . Odesłałam lampy za 1150 zł płacąc za wysyłkę 500 zł i nikt tych paczek nie odebrał w Chinach ( to jedyny możliwy zwrot) . Urząd celny nie mógł się skontaktować z odbiorcą ( bo musieliby zapłacić cło ) i byłam zmuszona zlecić bezpłatną utylizację. W przeciwnym razie musiałabym zapłacić ponownie za wysyłkę. Nie kupujcie w tym sklepie. Postaram się rozpowszechnić te wiadomości żeby inni ludzie nie zostali oszukani

SCAM
I have been dealing with complaint case number 23408 for a month and a half. We have exchanged a total of 38 emails, and I am still without a solution.
Whenever I post messages here, the only response I receive is to send an email to info@tizonaa. However, this has been completely useless. The case was opened on January 25th, and since then, nothing has been resolved.
Every day a different person replies — Jarlien, Joyce, Jhe — yet NO ONE provides a real solution. They repeatedly say, “we are looking into it,” and have even falsely claimed that a refund has been issued. This is simply not true. I have NEVER — I repeat, NEVER — received the refund.
I have filed a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection Office, and I encourage others to do the same. At the very least, this may help prevent them from continuing to scam customers in Europe.
I hope I will not receive another generic response telling me to open a new case, when after nearly 40 emails, either there is no reply at all or the responses are completely untrue.
My advice to others: AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS. This is a scam.

We ordered 3 lamps and 2 of them broke after a few months. When contacting them for warrantee I got a ChatGPT reply and nothing but referrals to fake laws and excuses.
When I replied with the real warrantee laws, they asked for the weirdest 'proofs' that they were used correctly. It are lamps...
It is clearly a front for inferior products and not a real company.

Prodotto di pessima fattura a prezzo esorbitante, inoltre le misure sono completamente diverse( sul sito la larghezza era 40 nella realtà è 25).
Dopo aver letto le recensioni e non aver ricevuto assistenza ho chiesto il reso ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta.
È chiaramente un sito da evitare come la.peste.
