I deeply regret not reading the reviews earlier. I ordered two expensive lamps, and before purchasing, the company promised they would be delivered with longer cords. However, when the lamps arrived, the cords were not longer as promised.

The quality of the lamps also feels very cheap, especially considering the price. On top of that, one of the lamps does not function at all.

I have been corresponding with the company for months. They made countless promises regarding replacements and refunds, but in the end, nothing was resolved — no refund, no replacement lamps, and now they are no longer responding to emails. Even before that, it often felt like I was communicating with bots or AI instead of real customer support.

I genuinely do not understand how this company is still operating. I will now begin an official complaint process.

Terrible service. Don’t waste your time and money on this website. I placed two orders with them. In the first one, the lamps arrived broken. They sent replacements, but they still haven’t arrived. As for the second order, it seems to be lost somewhere in the world because I’ve been waiting for months and the status hasn’t changed at all.

OKROPNI OSZUŚCI. Ponad pół roku czekam na zwrot kosztów za lampę która niedosyć, że nie działała jak przyszła i musiałam po swojej stronie to naprawiać to jeszcze była absolutną chińską podróbą i przeciwieństwem produktu ze zdjęć.
Robią z klienta wariata, że koszty zostały zwrócone i zganiają na przetwarzanie przelewu przez bank i żeby sprawdzać konto bankowe. Kontakt tylko mailowy, ale masz wrażenie że piszesz albo z automatem albo z osobą upośledzoną, która raz pisze że zrealizowali zwrot środków na konto, a raz że zwrot jako kredyt sklepowy, a finalnie nie odstajesz nic. Zgłosiłam sprawę do odpowiednich isntytucji i nie pozostaje chyba już nic jak tylko ostrzeganie innych by nie dali się oszukać.

Depuis janvier j'attends toujours le remboursement d'articles luminaires qui sont arrivés complètement détériorées ils m'ont promis deux ou trois fois le remboursement j'attends toujours maintenant c'est silence radio c'est vraiment un site arnaqueur. Site à éviter absolument.

Produits arrivés détérioré.
Réclamation sans effet.
Perdu plus de 200 euros.
Arnaqueurs à fuir.

The worst ever! NEVER BUY FROM TIZONAA
It’s been more than 20 days and I can’t get a refund for a lamp that doesn’t correspond with the description and is also defective!! Even if I wanted to keep it I couldn’t assemble it! The support is useless;

Tizonaa is a very unreliable company and my experience was the worse I have ever had, regarding an on line purchase.
I have ordered 2 lights of a total cost of 400 euros, last November. It took me 2 months to receive only one of tje items, which was of poor Chinese quality. I kept it and I have never received the second item.
The second item was returned to them and I have requested a refund for it. They replied that they will refund me fully in February. Although I have sent several e-mails I have never received a refund of 200 euros. I have sent a formal complaint e-mail and I have not even received a reply !!!
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !

Trabajan con un empresa de transporte que no llama, a veces ni aparece, y no se puede poner en contacto con ellos. En mi caso estaba en el trabajo y cuando he vuelto he recibido este mail. He intentado que vuelvan a pasar y no se puede contactar. No hay teléfono ni mail y el único recurso de asistencia es un chatbot que te manda de vuelta a la pagina inicial en cuanto le das el número de seguimiento. Estafadores devolvedme mi dinero. Pero ya veo por los comentarios que no lo váis a hacer.

Kompletter Scam. Ware ist nicht wie auf den Bildern oder in der Beschreibung. Rückzahlung ist bis heute nicht erfolgt.
Finger weg ihr werdet nur betrogen.

Esta empresa es unaESTAFA, una vez recibido el producto que ademas de llegar tardísimo propongo devolverlo y después de decirme que me quede con el producto que me reembolsan una parte todavía estoy esperando , hace ya mas de un mes .
Siempre escriben el mismo mensaje pero no dan respuesta.

Escribiré si es necesario cada dia una reseña negativa hasta que me devuelvan el dinero.

I bought a lamp - La Cascade Lumiere - in white. The materials on the website read "iron and glass". When the lamp came, it was well packed, but when I opened the box I discovered the lamp was not made of glass at all. And the lamp was too light to be iron. I reached out to customer service via email and this is what they wrote, "Hi there, I have gotten a response and I was told this lamp was made of iron and aluminum. Sorry for the inconvenience." This is not an inconvenience. It is fraud. The descriptions are dishonest. I would not have spent the money on an aluminum lamp. Avoid throwing your money away. Do not do business with this company.

Una estafa pedido 24116 llevo desde Febrero, de vez en cuando me escribe un tal JEA me responde a mis mails, me dice que si quiero un reembolso que jamas llega son unos estafadores que nadie compre aquí.

Absolutely awful company. Do not buy from them. Your order will disappear. Can’t be tracked. Many months and endless emails later you might get a refund. Don’t do it to yourself.

I ordered three ceiling lights for the hallway (Order #24695), but I was very disappointed with the quality of the items.

On April 7, I contacted customer support to request a return due to the poor quality. Until April 10, there was some back-and-forth communication, during which I was offered alternatives such as a discount instead of returning the items. I clearly stated that I do not want a discount and wish to return the products.
Since then, I have received no response at all. My follow-up emails have been ignored.

You have my order number and my name, so you can easily identify my case. I expect a proper response. I am not willing to cover return shipping for products that are of such poor quality.

Arrange the return and issue a full refund as soon as possible!!!

Wat een vreselijk bedrijf! Bestel hier zeker niet! De kwaliteit is totaal niet zoals op de foto’s, op de site staan goede detail foto’s waarbij je denkt dat dit dus echt wel zo zou zijn. Het komt niet eens in de buurt! Onwijze rommel! Terugsturen …. Jaaa naar China. Nou we weten allemaal hoe dat verloopt! Zijn gewoon oplichters je bent gewoon je geld kwijt!!

Simply do not deal with this company. Absolute scam. Ordered a lamp which was nothing like what it was pictured (more like a Hippo tried to sculpt a statue out of paper mache). The awful design aside, the product arrived damaged and broken. Company confirmed months ago that they were refunding the purchase. Since this supposed confirmation, the only response / action has been tumbleweeds. If i could award minus stars i would. Also for the response from the company that will be posted with please contact us at customer support ... I have, multiple times so in the words of the great philosopher from the film Jerry Maguire, "show me the money" you owe me.

Got a damaged product and they refused to give us credit for it. We just getting AI emails with different ways to accept only a 10% credit and keep the product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM are my strongest recommendation!!
