Tizonaa Arvostelua 

Ik heb op 6 mei een retour aangevraagd omdat de ontvangen lamp niet overeenkwam met de presentatie op de website. Eerst moest ik de lamp volgens Tizonaa op eigen kosten naar CHINA terugsturen, terwijl het bedrijf een Nederlands retouradres bleek te hebben. Na mijn bezwaar kreeg ik alsnog een Nederlands retouradres.

De lamp is op 12 mei ontvangen, maar inmiddels zijn we weken verder en heb ik mijn €249 nog steeds niet terug. Ondanks meerdere herinneringen krijg ik alleen vage antwoorden zoals "we vragen het intern na" of helemaal geen reactie meer.

Ik ben mijn €249 nu kwijt en heb geen product. Mijn ervaring is dat Tizonaa afspraken niet nakomt en de terugbetaling onnodig vertraagt. Ik zou hier niet opnieuw bestellen.

Scam. Fik et pap udskåret lampe i stedet for en rigtig lampe.

I would not recommend buying from this company.

I placed an order over four months ago, but I never received my product. The company confirmed that I would receive a refund, yet after more than four months I still have not received it.

I have sent multiple follow-up emails asking for an update, but I have not received any clear response or proof that the refund has been processed.

Waiting this long for a refund is unacceptable. I hope this review encourages the company to finally resolve my case and issue the refund as promised.

Five out of the six lamps did not work. On top of that, the order was delivered far too late.
We tested the first lamp as soon as it arrived, and it did not work. The company told us we would receive a refund, but we still have not received it.
When it became clear that the other five lamps would also be delivered much later than promised, we informed the company that we wanted to cancel the order. Despite this, they shipped the lamps anyway.
When the remaining lamps finally arrived, they also turned out not to work. We reported this and repeatedly asked if we could return the lamps at their expense and receive a full refund.
Each time, they asked us to send videos showing the defects. We recorded the videos and sent them by email. They then claimed they had never received them, even though we have confirmation from WeTransfer that the files were successfully delivered.
Afterwards, they agreed that we could send the videos via WhatsApp instead. We sent the videos again through WhatsApp. They then asked us to confirm our email address. After we replied, our messages were no longer delivered, and it appears that they blocked us on WhatsApp.
They no longer respond to our emails either. We still have not received our refund, even though the amount involved is substantial. The lamps do not work, they look very cheap, and we have been continuously misled with empty promises instead of receiving the refund we are entitled to.

Do NOT buy from this seller! It’s a Chinese webshop selling non-original products at a markup. I returned my items after they agreed to refund me. That was 4 months ago, and I still haven’t seen a cent. Avoid!!!

Værste oplevelse nogensinde.

Jeg købte et sæt silikone-redskaber til køkkenet, og kvaliteten var chokerende dårlig. Farven begyndte at falde af, og silikonen virkede billig og ringe – ærligt talt som produkter fra Temu til en brøkdel af prisen.

Jeg kontaktede kundeservice, som tilbød at sende et nyt sæt. Jeg ønskede egentlig mine penge tilbage, men accepterede alligevel en ombytning. Da erstatningssættet ankom, var flere af delene defekte og ødelagte. Jeg var i chok over, at de overhovedet sendte det afsted i den stand.

Jeg klagede igen og gjorde det klart, at jeg ønskede en refundering. Min mor havde købt det samme sæt og oplevede præcis de samme problemer. Kundeservice bekræftede herefter, at min refundering var godkendt, og at pengene ville blive tilbagebetalt.

Siden da har jeg intet hørt fra dem. Jeg har skrevet flere gange uden svar, og jeg har stadig ikke modtaget mine penge.

Jeg kan desværre ikke anbefale denne hjemmeside. Dårlig kvalitet, defekte varer og manglende opfølgning på en godkendt refundering. Hold jer væk.

I bought lights worth almost 2200 aud and didnt meet the expectation .
Was advised we can keep it at another 15% discount or we can send it back to china at our expense. I sent it back to their chinese address which costed me almost 400 plus dollars. Its been over a month email after email but no response. Its been almost over a month and since i sent this back todate. PHONE LINE DOES NOT WORK EITHER..DONT BUY STRONG ADVISE

Un absoluto desastre, no atienden mensajes ni dan soluciones a nada. Me llego el producto roto y no contestan, ademas el producto fue una fortuna y he perdido mis cerca de 800euros. Ademas ese pedido me llegó con cerca de 3 meses de retraso. Es una estafa esta web.

I ordered the L'EMPIRE DORÉ pendant light based on the photos shown on the website. The product advertised was a warm wood-toned brown colour with a black cable. What I received was completely different.

The lamp itself is a bright terracotta/orange colour rather than the brown shade shown in the product photos, and the cable is white rather than black as advertised. This is not a minor variation caused by lighting or screen settings, the product looks substantially different from the images used to sell it.

I purchased this lamp specifically because of its colour and overall appearance as presented on the website. Had the actual product been accurately represented, I would not have ordered it.

To make matters worse, the customer service phone number listed on the website does not appear to work.

I am extremely disappointed that the item received does not match the product advertised and am seeking a full refund.

If I could rate -1 I would.. shoddy products, no replies, awful service.. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..

Złodzieje!!! Uwaga na tą firmę.Dostarczone lampy są pobite, roztrzaskane.Nie oddają pieniędzy, dramat.Pisałam maila wielokrotnie, odpisywali że pieniądze wkrótce wyślą, minęły 3 miesiące i nic.Złodzieje !!!!

If I could put zero stars I would. They sent me the wrong item I paid 500$ for! It’s been over 2 weeks not they keep stalling and ignoring me, basically I’m stuck with the item now. No return no refund. It’s the worst company never buy from them

Anyone any advice how we get on how an where we should report this?

This is a scam company based in China. They present and price their products as premium products designed in and shipped from Europe but that is false. The images are AI generated/enhanced, the products are nothing like the images and they ship from China. Refunds is impossible - they will create a never ending mail dialogue based on procrastination and false promises. Don’t pay anything for return shipping and don’t accept any of their proposed solutions. It’s all rigged. If you paid with a card, contact your bank and file a card dispute to see if you can get your money back. If you want to go further, file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission or your local equivalent to raise awareness. And of course write reviews on Trustpilot and other review sites. Treat all reviews with more than one star as fake.

Tengo un pedido que no llega hace más de 30 días , no responden ni solucionan. Necesito respuesta y solución urgente. Es una vergüenza la atención. Ojalá mejoren y cambien el pésimo servicio. Aparte deberían devolver el importe de la mercadería comprada y no entregada.

Prodotto di qualità assolutamente scadente e diverso dalla descrizione presente sul sito sotto molti aspetti. Procedere con il reso è stato impossibile perché non hanno mai risposto alla mia richiesta di reso. Assistenza nulla.

I deeply regret not reading the reviews earlier. I ordered two expensive lamps, and before purchasing, the company promised they would be delivered with longer cords. However, when the lamps arrived, the cords were not longer as promised.

The quality of the lamps also feels very cheap, especially considering the price. On top of that, one of the lamps does not function at all.

I have been corresponding with the company for months. They made countless promises regarding replacements and refunds, but in the end, nothing was resolved — no refund, no replacement lamps, and now they are no longer responding to emails. Even before that, it often felt like I was communicating with bots or AI instead of real customer support.

I genuinely do not understand how this company is still operating. I will now begin an official complaint process.
