ITS A SCAM! Do not leave your car here. It wont be safe. When I got there it was an open lot with no one there everytime I phoned to see where the shuttle was to pick me up he kept saying 2 minutes but it took about 45mins. Anyone could walk in there and steal your car. They "lost" my key and refuse to pay anything toward it. To top it all off I got back to my car and the battery was completely dead. So when i read other reviews it looks like people have said similar things as if someone was sleeping in their cars. AVOID

I booked Tidyairportparking to park our vehicle for a week. On our return we waited 50minutes to be picked up. On our arrival before our holiday, we were asked to pay a fee for the 'shuttle' after already paying for the parking. This was meant to cover the Heathrow drop off charge. We were charged £6 for the drop off and £7 for the return inline with the new year price increase. Multiple people were dropped off at Heathrow which made me question if each of us have paid £6 to cover the single £6 fee, how much are they making off this method. It was not stated in the process but they claimed its in their terms and conditions.

When we got back into the car the radio was changed to BritAsia Radio. I wondered how long someone was in the car to need to adjust the radio to their licking.

All great, very friendly and polite staff. A bit of a wait at the airport before we were picked up though.

Excellent service very prompt and real

On the day we returned and landed, the company informed us that they had suffered a break-in and that all the car keys from that day had been stolen. We completely understand how distressing this must be for a small business.

However, the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. No assistance was provided to help us get home or to arrange a replacement key. As a result, we were left stranded and had to pay £150 for an Uber home out of our own pocket.

We were then promised that a locksmith would be arranged to create a new key and that the car would be returned to our home. We waited for days with no updates, only to call midway through the week and be told that this was no longer happening.

The complete lack of communication, support, and accountability was unacceptable. While the break-in itself was unfortunate, the customer service that followed was appalling.

I noticed that my car was moved to several different locations while using this company.

On arrival, I waited approximately 30 minutes to be picked up.

The parking was originally booked by me for my daughter so we could use her car. However, this changed on the day of travel. We informed the company of the update, but it appears their system was not properly updated.

When it came time to collect ling the car, it had been parked extremely close to the next vehicle. Despite requesting that either my car or the adjacent vehicle be moved so I could access it properly, my requests were ignored. As a result, I was forced to climb in through the front passenger seat to reach the driver’s seat and move the car myself.

Do not use both drop off and pick up were dire - waited 90 mins for our car to be returned to us and each time we called we got fobbed off. Driver eventually called us tonsay he had only just come on shift!

Avoid at all costs!

We had a very poor experience at Heathrow Terminal 2. Despite calling ahead and arriving as instructed, we waited 50 minutes for our car to be collected. We were repeatedly told the driver was “5–15 minutes away,” only to be ignored at times. Eventually the driver messaged to say he was stuck in traffic and that his manager had forgotten to tell him about our booking.

This caused significant stress at the start of our holiday and is not what you expect from an airport meet & greet service. It was also not clearly communicated at booking that you must pay an additional £7.50 car park fee on both arrival and return.

I have since complained to the company to be told the delay was due to traffic and despite them saying the customer service manager would contact me back I haven't heard anything.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this company.
