I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to the TicketsGP team for their support in getting us tickets to the Hungaroring F1 2025 weekend. It was our first time attending an F1 event and so we did not have much knowledge or experience regarding how tickets should be purchased. My biggest concern was that websites seemed to be asking us to pay hundreds of Euros for tickets that we would not immediately receive.
What I found helpful was that as soon as I contacted the TicketsGP phone number provided on the website via WhatsApp in mid-May I got a real person (not a Bot, not a message that I would be contacted later…..) who took the time and patience to explain the ticket buying process to me and reassure me that we’d definitely get the tickets in good time before the event.
In addition, when I sent an email requesting any information, they might have on travel options to and from Hungaroring, I got a detailed reply with suggestions. What we ended up doing was to install the BudapestGo app and purchase 72-hour travel cards, which covered all modes of public transport in and round Budapest.
TicketsGP sent the F1 Guide document that we also purchased with our tickets well in advance of the F1 weekend. The F1 e-Tickets then arrived about a week before the start date of the event.
We had paid for 3 seats in Apex 1 part of the grounds and were extremely lucky and grateful for the position of our seats. We were not so high up in the stands nor too low down. We were near the middle and at the aisle end of the row, which thankfully meant my husband could stretch his legs when needed and we could get in and out of our seats without disturbing anyone else in the row. I am guessing this was just a lucky chance, but we were not complaining 😊
Thankyou TicketsGP for contributing towards making our visit to the Hungaroring F1 event such a positively memorable event. I will definitely recommend using your company for future ticket purchases.

I don't recommend this site
I don't recommend this site. They double sold my ticket to someone else and on Saturday i couldn't get in, someone else was in already on my ticket. On Sunday i went first thing in the morning in order not to miss the race

Easy to purchase
It was easy to purchase the tickets, once available. However, it was saying that that specific tickets (grid 1) were covered, which they weren't.
Fyi, the view was amazing, just between the Grid and Podium.

We’d like to clarify that the voucher is not a ticket, and this is explicitly stated on the voucher itself. The vouchers are intended for those who wish to give them as a gift before the actual tickets are uploaded. The fact that the voucher is not a ticket is clearly indicated on both your user interface and the PDF document itself.
Under the voucher section were uplaoded your e-tickets before the event and you were notified on the email that your e-tickets are ready. The e-tickets must be presented at the event entrance, as they contain the necessary QR code for entry.
Additionally, we have an emergency support line available to assist our customers during the race weekend. If you had reached out to us at the time, we would have explained this process and how to properly use your e-tickets.
We kindly ask that you reconsider your review, as it doesn’t reflect our services accurately. We explicitly mention on the vouchers that they are not the tickets.
For any other concerns or if you need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@tickets.gp. Once you provide your email or order number, we can assist you in more detail.

Purchased tickets in March for Monza F1
Had an email 31st July that they are unable to fulfil the ticket allocation, but we can still go on Friday and Saturday with a very poor compensation offer! Why do I not want to see the race? Who decides whose tickets cannot be allocated? The phone number on an email was answered by someone saying it is not Tickets.gp - are they even genuine? Travelling from the UK, so have flights booked, accommodation booked and the time off work. This is also my birthday ruined! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

This is the worst site to ever buy…
This is the worst site to ever buy tickets for a F1 event. They are not sustainable, trustable nor professional. We bought months ago tickets for Monza only to receive with almost just a month before the event that they cannot meet the number of tickets they have sold and we can get a refund or vouchers on their shitty site. After I payed taxes, tickets, accomodation, travel expenses and everything else and also in a moment where no more tickets in that category are available and also the prices raised like crazy for other categories, they tell me that the money they have already taken for those tickets are for nothing, because they do not have them. And also what makes them think that I would anyway ever buy again anything else on that site with the joke of a voucher they are sending? Still haven't got my money back from them, I am still waiting. Also, and excuse me for saying this, how the hell are you not capable to verify first how many tickets you put up for sale? And even when you are not sure, put less on the market and the rest when you get the green flag, selling ghost tickets on an official and legit site with that many customers is unacceptable. I also realise that they are a resseler, but talk with your damn supplier in detail before leaving people in thin air. Anyone else who wants to sue them?

We understand your concern about the refund process. Please note that while the refund has been initiated, the processing time may take a little longer depending on your payment method and bank. I bought Bronze Tickets for the F1 Spa GP and everything went good. The tickets came 5 days before and they answered me directly after contacting them. All in one the tickets are good to buy here, if you buy Bronze without seats! :)
