F1 Red Bull Ring
I did not realize this was a ticket reseller. 1 issue was I was not able to pick the seat, only the grandstand. With my age, being in the middle of a row was a problem. I always pick seats near an aisle. 2 I was told we had access to the gray areas, Red Bull stands, T1 and T2 up to T3 where our seats were. This was not the case, we were required to walk outside side of the track in the bus area to access our seats. Even from the Fan Zone, we had to exit the track requiring extra long lines and security checks. Heck we even had to line up and scan out of the Fan Zone! Crazy!
The races were great and the track is amazing. Views of the action in T3 were worth the hike.
Be prepared to do some serious hiking! We covered over 10K each of our 3 days at the track. All up hill! "That which doesn't kill you, makes you stronger "

I booked two Gold pit 1 places in March and found out on 01/07/25 (two weeks before the Grand Prix) that I wouldn't be getting my places and that I'd been offered Silver 5. I strongly advise against this.

RESELLER!! DO NOT BUY TICKETS.
So you SHOULD NOT buy tickets from tickets.gp or any affiliated websites. They ARE NOT official sellers of tickets, they are a weird blockchain startup that masquerades as official websites and charges a hefty fee on top. To be clear, they are a reseller. They frequently make mistakes and forget to give people their tickets.
I got tickets for the Austrian GP, and they did deliver (1 week before the race) after I bothered them repeatedly, but it would be better and cheaper to just go to the official websites for the GP you wish to attend.

I could only give this 3 stars as I wasn’t aware they were resellers and so was very concerned to travel all this way with no account to log into ( I kept getting marketing emails suggesting I’d not booked) and a “promise” from GP Austria ( under the name F1Austria) that the tickets would arrive via email before the race weekend. I live in the UK and I am used to having accounts with logins and passwords and often dedicated apps for venues with sophisticated multi changing QR codes to prevent duplications As it was I did get reassurance from the company before hand and everything turned out fine from their side.
Best GP I have attended but the staff at the RBRing and security was over the top with multiple long queue times expect to spend up to 1 1/2 hours queuing on Sunday and don’t attempt to enter via the tunnel entrance through the campsite and expect to be at T3 in less than 2 hours)! If you visit the fan zone from T3 expect to queue 4 extra times!

2e keer kaartjes besteld voor F1 in Oostenrijk.
Betaling was niet goed verwerkt door F1 Austria. Gelukkig mailde ik met de vraag wanneer we onze tickets zouden krijgen. Toen kreeg ik het bericht dat mijn betaling niet gedaan zou zijn. Gelukkig had ik mijn betaalbewijs en kreeg ik bericht dat de fout bij hen lag. Als ik niet gemaild had, had ik mooi zonder kaarten gezeten. De tickets werden ook pas een week voor de race geleverd.
De tickets die we kregen waren niet waar we om gevraagd hadden (zaten op de hoofdtribune en betalen daar flink voor) Kregen kaarten in een ander gebied dan waar we voor betaald hadden.
Ook werd ons duidelijk hoeveel F1 Austria aan de kaarten verdiend omdat de oorspronkelijke prijs op het kaartje vermeld staat (en dat is ook hun goed recht) Ongeveer €90 per kaart. Ter plekke (in Oostenrijk) een mail gestuurd, maar zij vinden niet dat zij onjuist gehandeld hebben. Ook vermelden zij er bij helemaal geen kaarten te hebben in andere delen van de tribune. Ook vonden ze het niet nodig om ons tegemoet te komen of excuses te maken. Dat wetende, kies ik volgend jaar voor een andere aanbieder.

Tickets ok but the rest no!
Buying tickets with F1 Austria was ok but there are wrong information about the parking on the Red Bull Ring. They said that you should book the parking for 100EUR for 3 days and near the ring there are plenty of free parkings! Moreover you can't enter the parking during the race day with no earlier information that there is an alternative road! Be careful with it!

Ticket purchase was easy and the…
Ticket purchase was easy and the tickets were available well before the event. It was very unclear in the email and download link which was the actual valid ticket for the event. That could be improved on. As for the even itself. The crowd management and exiting was terribly managed. With still thousands of people on the track and in the event, they began closing most of the exits funneling every one to just one exit. This resulted in a crush of people and I had a panic attack and I saw several other people having to be pulled out of the crowd in a panic as well. This spoiled the experience of the event. There should be multiple exits when the crowd is still well into the tens of thousands.

First time to an F1 race anywhere
First time to an F1 anywhere. Ticket purchase was simple and the survival guide useful. Stayed in Badalona to hopefully make the commute to and from the circuit easier for me and my wife. TBH the traffic organisation and organisers were very poor. I knew the event would be busy 300,000+ spectators on race day but the traffic control and increased taxi costs due to congestion is to be noted and improved on by the organisers if indeed the Spanish F1 returns to what is a wonderful circuit. Grandstand G and area 17 gave a great view of the racing and near the CS55 stand / passionate fans.

The ticket process was very easy I was sceptical at first as there is scammers out there but I received my tickets in good time with the Itinerary and once inside the stadium the seats and views were Top Drawer. As these tickets were for me and a present for my Grandsons 21st birthday he said on a few occasions best present ever and I agree we made memories forever would recommend F1 brilliant 👍

Ticket purchase process was great, with 2 changes requested
Ticket purchase process was straighforward, options presented and explained well and the purchase experience was good. Support is also excellent - I always received a friendly response promptly after submitting a question.
There are two changes I would like: one is the ability to select one's seats and the other is to receive the tickets much sooner than only a few days before the event.

Pour ce qui en est de l achat du billet c est très correct

Après le côté négatif est vraiment une catastrophe pour la sortie du parking .
J ai prix le pack 3 jours en tribune grand stand j aurais aimé voir différent point de vu de la course sur les 3 jours car le écran est assez lointain on ne voyait pas le classement durant les qualifications les essais sur l écran ce qui est difficile de suivre la course le dimanche beaucoup de frustration.
Il faudrait créer je pense un pass avec différents accès possible autour des circuits pour chaque tribune reservable en avance pour évité attendre .
La nourriture tes chères pour le prix le prix des boissons également 3,50€ une bouteille d eau qui vaut 0,25€ en commerce c est trop abusé

Votre suggestion d’un pass avec accès à différentes tribunes est très pertinente — cela permettrait effectivement de vivre la course sous plusieurs angles, en particulier sur trois jours.
