Purchased F1 Flex Ticketing add-on (€261) advertised as "cancellation for any reason." The checkout screen lists this clearly with green ticks, but nowhere on the checkout screen does it mention that your refund will be issued as a site-locked voucher instead of returned to your card. This critical limitation is buried behind a "Read more" link and only visible if you navigate to a separate page. The €25 voucher is listed as a benefit on the checkout screen, actively implying it's a bonus on top of a cash refund — not the refund itself. This is misleading. Currently disputing with my bank and have filed complaints with the CCPC and ECC Ireland. Would not recommend purchasing Flex Ticketing unless you are happy receiving a voucher locked to this website rather than your money back.

It was great to deal with GP1 tickets again. I bought tickets for the Chinese GP 2026 almost a year in advance and everything went very smoothly thanks to the professionalism of this team. They responded quickly and politely to all my queries and the ticketing instructions were clear and easy to follow. This is not the first time I have purchased with them and I won't hesitate to do so again.

Amazing experience with gp1tickets. Tickets were available early and arrived online right on time. The places I received were excellent, with a great view and the whole process felt discreet and very reliable. The Formula 1 weekend was absolutely unforgettable and I already can’t wait to be back next year.

The event was well organized, the staff and help was superb as well, the service was great, the toilets was clean and maintained as well. It is well organized, and everything was in order. I got my money's worth and will surely come back again.

Ho acquistato 2 biglietti + assicurazione a posteriori per cancellare la prenotazione e avere il rimborso per qualsiasi tipo di problematica. Stupidamente ho letto dopo le recensioni e ho deciso di chiedere l’annullamento della prenotazione (600 euro di biglietti) con la certezza di avere fatto l assicurazione. Mi hanno fatto una gift card e dicono che non possono rimborsare. Peccato che tutto questo non è specificato in maniera nitida durante l’acquisto, anzi , viene scritto “refund” (rimborso) o “redeem a gift card”. Hanno deciso loro per me, una gift card da 600 euro su un sito che meta delle volte non fornisce i biglietti. Imbarazzanti, procederò per vie legali.

Everywhere I went for f1 seats were allocated and numbered and that’s what I expected here in Brazil first come first serve and sit on concrete benches not happy for the price I paid. I tried to contact you but number not recognised this is not the type of service I was expecting I was better of buying from global tickets first time I come to you this is what I experienced

Compré tickets en gp1tickets para el GP de Brazil 2025 hace tiempo. Y no encontré muchos comentarios positivos de esta página, lo que me hizo dudar. Me enviaron los tickets unos dias antes y aun asi dudaba de que fueran reales. Nadie en nunguna página escribía que había usado tickets de gp1tickets sin problemas. Llegué a brasil y "ningun problema" los tickets son reales 100% y todo bien. Me hubiera gustado que alguien hubiese escrito esto antes . Todo perfecto

One star again for a joke from monza GP. They informed me one dat before gp that my ticket what i paid for is not avaiable for me... They sold my ticket for double price a week before gp.

I paid extra for the “Flex” option, which clearly says cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the event. When I tried to cancel more than 30 days before, I was told it was no longer possible because the tickets had already been issued — making the “Flex” option meaningless.

After I posted my honest review, the company offered me €200 in compensation — but only if I deleted it. Their exact words were:
"I see that you wrote a bad review about us on Trustpilot and I totally understand you had a bad experience with us. Now we would like to compensate you and hopefully you will feel better about us. Can you remove your review if I send you the voucher as below? "
“The compensation was offered so you can change your mind about us. I hope you do.”
“I think 200€ for a compensation is very high but you decide if you would like to have it or not.”
To me, that’s not customer care — that’s pressure to remove negative feedback and create a false image of good service. When I refused to delete my review, I never received anything. They just stopped responding.
