Made to look like genuine websites for…
Made to look like genuine websites for official event. Paid Way too much for tickets with tickets gp, could have got them much cheaper from offical F1 Baku site. Couldn’t get refund on same day when I realised the mistake I’d made.
Got tickets a week before event.
Made it to seats to find out they were right in front of large speaker with restricted view. Sent email but of course they just said it’s out of their control and didn’t offer any solutions. Poor service and overall regrettable experience.

Dont buy f1 tickets from this site
I bought tickets for the brazil f1 grand prix in jan 2025 . In september i was sent an email that they did not have the tickets that i purchased in a covered grandstand at the senna s . They offered me a ticket on the grass instead . The grand prix was sold out and i had spent thousands of dollars on accomodation and flights froom south africa. The site were not apologetic and didnt want to assist me , slow to respond and difficult to contact. They did not care. Their tickets are not guaranteed and they falsely advertised as brasilf1.com as seller of official tickets for the brazilian grand prix.
I reached out to them on numerous occasions , they responded after a few days and gave me false information about purchasing tickets for the grandstands from other sites . I had purchased tickets in a covered grandstand and they wanted to give me ticket instead to watch thevgrand orix sitting on grass on an open field. They frustrated me , i wrote iver 10 emails and forced me to take a refund as i had no other alternative. I had even asked them for interest on my money which was paid in january and which they had it for 7 months and they refused.
It should be illegal for sites to sell tickets that they dont have . On social media there are other people who had the same problem from this site
Do not buy tickets from this site .

Awful view with high price
We bought three tickets for Filarmonia Formula 1 in May. Tickets cost 399$ per one. Later this tickets dropped in price. But we got a front row view of the fence. Support missed our request for any possibilities for changing places. Be very lucky or don’t buy here.

Enttäuschender Sitzplatz und schlechte Wegweisung
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht vom Sitzplatz den ich gekauft habe. Für CHF 1600.00 habe für 3 Tage zwei Sitzplätze (G 37 und G 38) auf der Tribüne Ascari 15 gekauft mit dem Wissen die Anfahrt auf die Schikane, die Schikane selbst und dem Ausgang der Schikane zu sehen. Als ich dann aber am Platz mich hinsetzte war im meinem Sichtfeld auf die Anfahrt der Schikane-Ascari das Kamera-Haus und ich konnte die Rennwagen erst in der Schikane sehen.
Ich finde es eine Frechheit soviel Geld zu verlangen und dann steht einem im Sichtfeld ein Kamera-Haus. Man müsste beim Kauf der Tickets darauf hingewiesen werden. Ebenfalls könnte man die Position der Kamera mit dem Haus so gestalten, dass diese keinem der Zuschauer im Weg steht.
Des weiteren ist der Weg zur Rennstrecke mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr sehr schlecht gekennzeichnet. Als Besucher der zum 1. Mal an diese Rennstrecke geht hat man keine Informationen anhand von Tafeln und Wegweisern. Auch das man den Bus noch bezahlen muss bei einem solch teuren Ticket finde ich eine Frechheit.

Didn’t get tickets and had to buy others via Viagogo no communication from the sellers. Do not use!
I thought the tickets were being released on the Thursday before race and never received. Lesson learnt.
Were these tickets used? Because I did not have them and have not used them so I had to buy two more tickets via Viagogo so now you ask me to remove this? I don’t think so. I travelled to Italy not knowing if I had tickets or not. I ended up buying Viagogo. Why would I do that if I had received them?
I have checked my downloads and they are not there!

Excellent organization. takes the train to Montmeló station and a Shuttle picks you up and takes you directly to the circuit. You walk 500 m and you have arrived.

Très beau circuit
Très beau circuit, avec des vues depuis plein d’endroits différents. La logistique autour du GP est bonne (toilettes, nourriture, circulation, boutiques) à l’exception des parkings voitures mal organisés (ma recommandation pour les automobilistes : garez vous sur un parking loin du circuit, car vous le rejoindrez bien plus vite à pied qu’en faisant la queue dans les bouchons). Et en plus en Catalogne, la région est belle et la météo ensoleillée de façon quasi certaine

The reviews doesnt give the company a fair chance
I bought tickets five moths before MonzaF1 2025, without have read the reviews. A couple of weeks before the race I read the rewiews and freaked out. I reached out to the customerservice about my concerns, eg that people wasnt let in to the circuit and others that got another ticket than ordered. I got a quick and sincerely responses from Tereza at customer service. Though, I was nervous every entry.
My concern was legit due to some of the review, but honesly...today, 2 days after the race I know all she comforted me and explained was true!
I reckon some of the reviews it about other facts than the company it self. They dont deserve the bad reviews.
1) The company is a reseller and yes, they charge extra for their service - so what.
2) The confirmation clearly indicate, the first email is an voucher and that tickets will be published on your site closer to the event. You ought to read it carefully and print the right document.
3) They have increased avaliability at customerservice thoroughout the weekend for any inconviency
4) I guess sometimes their orders placed initially is replaced by another ticket...so what...you dont loose your ticket, you might not get the one you ordered...but please, you get an offer for another ticket. Monza offers an experience what ever grandstand you have, go walkabout, take the chance of track acess...you will find spots to experience a fantastic race everywhere....its more to it than a special seat!
I would like to give my thanks to Tereza and the Company. I hade a faboulus weekend and an experience I will cherrish the rest of my life! Thank you!!!

Des tarifs très attractifs, un service client réactif et de qualité, ainsi qu’un excellent suivi après l’achat : vous pouvez leur faire confiance les yeux fermés !
J’ai reçu mon billet très rapidement après l’achat pour le Grand Prix de Monza, que j’ai eu la chance de vivre pour la deuxième fois parmi les tifosi – une ambiance toujours aussi incroyable.
Sur place, j’ai pu profiter pleinement de l’événement : tour complet du circuit, accès à plusieurs zones vraiment intéressantes, et la possibilité de suivre les courses depuis différents points de vue, chacun offrant une perspective unique.
Étant logé à proximité du circuit, j’étais au plus près des pilotes – un moment magique que je ne suis pas près d’oublier.
Aucune déception, bien au contraire ! Je passerai à nouveau par TicketsGP pour mon prochain Grand Prix, c’est une certitude.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour m’avoir permis de vivre une expérience aussi inoubliable à Monza. À très bientôt !
