Cancellation of the balance and my personal money ! Without explanation or proof
Yesterday, for the first time in my life, and I've been betting for a long time, I encountered fraud and scams.
I still sincerely hope to get my money back. I'm not asking for my entire balance back; I only want my deposits. I believe that taking players' deposits without explanation or proof of breaking the rules is the height of fraud.
I'll say a few words about the bookmaker. I learned about them through a tournament they hosted and decided to give them a try. The bookmaker specializes in esports, which is what attracted me.
Now to the point: like many here lately, I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews and complaints about fraud.
Situation: I registered and provided all the information truthfully and correctly during registration.
I first tried small amounts to get a feel for how everything works. Everything went smoothly, and then I decided to try something bigger.
As soon as the deposit and bet amount increased, they immediately confirmed it.
I tried to withdraw about 200. I had account verification scheduled. As far as I understand, the standard procedure for everyone consists of the following steps: a selfie with ID, the ID itself, and proof of address (in my case, a bank statement). The second step is a photo with the name and date of the bookmaker, and a new proof of address (another bank statement). After that, I waited about three days, contacted the online chat, and almost immediately they told me they were blocking my account and confiscating all my funds.
A logical question: how and why? Do I need to explain anything? They simply said I violated this or that clause. The clauses themselves are simply a list of things I shouldn't do and for which I can confiscate all my money. In short, they can confiscate my money for anything, without explanation or proof. They simply request account verification at any time and inform me that the account is blocked.
I also asked, why can't I get my deposits back? If no one is willing to provide me with proof (and there can't be any, since I've done nothing wrong!), why are they refusing to return my deposits and simply closing my account? That would be respectful of their users. A major bookmaker that runs tournaments with multi-million dollar prize pools and my $1,300 is absurd, but for some reason they're stealing money from users.
I hope my review and the reviews of other users reach the bookmaker's management, and they make the right decision. I really hope so!

Unable to pass KYS Verification! After I requested a $500 withdrawal, they blocked my wallet and told me to go through KYS Verification. I sent many of the documents they requested, but they keep asking for more. When I ask why the document I sent doesn't work, even though it meets all your rules, they don't answer and instead demand more documents. That's why I think that KYS Verification is just an excuse not to pay money!
P.S. And yet another document I sent was rejected with the standard response: "Send something else." This time, I wasted quite a bit of time and went to the bank to pay the electricity bill and get a receipt with a bank seal (I usually pay online, which only requires an electronic signature). So, don't waste your time on these scammers!
P.S2. When you try to refute something, at least read what you're refuting. You're using the same old excuses. How could an outdated document have been resubmitted on June 6th if I went to the bank on June 6th, paid my electricity bill, took a photo of it, and sent it to you?

Shortly after the win, I was asked to complete full KYC verification. I provided all requested documents, including ID verification, selfie confirmation, and additional identity checks.

I used the platform Thunderpick, placed bets, and eventually won a significant amount of money for my personal situation. After that, I requested a withdrawal.
At that point, the standard KYC verification process began. I fully complied with every request: I submitted a photo of my passport, a selfie holding my passport, and a bank statement to confirm my address. After that, I was asked for additional verification, including another selfie with a handwritten note showing the date and the website name, as well as further proof of address. I provided all requested documents without delay.
Despite completing every requirement, I was repeatedly asked for additional selfies and resubmitted documents, which I also provided each time. The process felt excessive, but I continued cooperating in good faith.
On April 30th, I received a notification that my account had been blocked. As justification, only general links to the platform’s rules and relevant sections were provided. However, these rules contain a large number of sub-sections and broad definitions, from which it is impossible to understand which specific rule applies to my case. In practice, it looks like a list of possible reasons without a clear indication of what was actually violated.
At the time of the block, my account balance was approximately $1,400, which is a significant amount for me personally.
From my side, I did not violate any rules and always acted in full compliance with the platform’s requirements.
I was away on a business trip at the time and only saw the notification later when I returned.
From my perspective, I fully completed all verification requirements, yet my account was ultimately blocked without a valid reason after I attempted to withdraw my winnings.
I demand the return of my funds and the unblocking of my remaining balance.
If this issue is not resolved and my funds are not returned, I will continue escalating the matter through public review platforms and other available channels.

Thunderpick.io robed me as of today. 13600 usd. I have been doing betting on their site, completely normal and then I did a KYC for 1 week sending selfies, fotos of id and proof of address. Then no answer for 1 week. I had to write to them and then they say that i ve been breaching their terms and conditions. Then I asked what conditions and how? Apparentely they cannot provide this. This site is scamming a lot of people. But no worries. Im taking legal action in this moment. Do yourself a service and do not deposit any money on this site.

At first, everything seemed fine. I made several deposits and withdrawals without any issues, which gave me confidence in the platform. At one point, I was asked to complete KYC verification — I fully cooperated and provided everything they requested, including a selfie with my ID, a photo holding a paper, and proof of address.
Because everything seemed legitimate, I continued using the platform. At some point, I accidentally sent a deposit through the wrong crypto network. However, they made a one-time exception and credited the funds manually, which increased my trust even more.
Later on, without any clear warning beforehand, my account was suddenly flagged and permanently closed for alleged “terms of service violations,” and my remaining balance was seized.
After fully verifying my identity and using the platform normally, this outcome feels extremely unfair and misleading. I trusted the platform based on my previous successful transactions, only to have my account closed and funds taken.

I opened an account about a week ago, I deposited a few euros via crypto, I won something and so I requested a withdrawal, the withdrawal went through, I didn't win much maybe some 100 euros to the plus, then I deposited 27 euros and I won 80 euros which I wanted to withdraw it was 17.4.2026 then they suspended my account and asked me for verification I sent them everything they wanted, you are lucky if they answer you the next day, of course they didn't accept my confirmation of the address I don't know why I sent them 4 documents, statements, etc., which had all the necessary information, I don't understand why they are making a circus for 80 euros, that says something about this casino, I do not recommend opening an account here, in 2026 not having 24/7 support is unbelievable, having you communicate with support once every 24 hours is crazy
I don't care about 80 euros, but I won, and I want them.
EDIT: as today i'm successfully received my withdrawal, so thanks +1star

Worst site ever, after losing my half of my balance i decided to withdraw my funds but they froze my balance even after submitting all proper and needed documents which any site would accept they didnt, never had this experience with any other site except thunderpick! pls stay away from this site they will steal your money.
