I read reviews of this casino and realized that all the positive reviews are likely paid or written by the owners themselves. I registered on this site about a month ago. I placed two bets, and they won. When I tried to withdraw part of my winnings, my account was frozen. I needed to get verified. I spent several weeks going through this process because they either didn't accept my documents or repeatedly asked for selfies. Today I received a message that my account was blocked and my money confiscated due to a violation of some rules. It's a good business strategy. Negative reviews about this casino have been circulating on various forums for a long time now. Avoid it. In a comment to my review, thunderpick allegedly requested additional information. I sent it, but I haven't heard back. Their last email was: "We can provide part of the investigation that will prove I violated some of their rules." After I asked for evidence, they haven't responded for four days. I think it's all pretty obvious.

Account blocked and balance withheld after KYC request
I had a very frustrating experience with Thunderpick. I used the platform normally for sports betting, and when I tried to withdraw my balance, they requested KYC documents, which I provided promptly. Shortly after, my account was blocked and my entire balance was withheld. The reason given was an alleged use of multiple accounts — something I completely deny, as I have only ever had one account on this platform.
No evidence was presented to support this accusation, and I was given no opportunity to defend myself before the account was closed and my funds were frozen. I have since filed a formal complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Authority (license OGL/2024/677/0722).
