Ive compared Rainbets originals with 2 different popular online casinos and the results were dramatic for rainbet. The difference on nearly every original on thousands bets placed was so huge, that there's no doubt Rainbets games are rigged.

Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had on a gambling website.
The support team is practically useless because they seem to have no real authority to solve anything. Every issue gets redirected to higher staff through email, and then you're left waiting weeks or even months for a response—if you get one at all.
The moderation team is just as bad. Chat moderators hand out mutes whenever they feel like it, often without providing a clear reason. The appeal system is a joke; appealing a 7-day mute can take longer than the mute itself, making the entire process meaningless.
What concerns me most is how account closures are handled. Users can have their accounts closed for being "underage" with little transparency and, from my experience, no meaningful opportunity to appeal or verify their age through identification.
A gambling platform that handles real money should have professional support, transparent moderation, and a functioning appeals process. Rainbet failed on all three fronts.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this site to think twice before depositing money.

Unlike others here, I’ve never had any issues depositing or withdrawing from the site, and I find the rewards system to be quite fair.

However, my major gripe is the constant, incessant human verification. This will seize up 50% of the time, resulting in me having to force close the browser, disconnect and reconnect the WiFi, then try again. This can happen in excess of 10 times per session, whenever the site feels like randomly rechecking that im a human, and it’s just too frustrating for me to continue playing here.

On top of that, 25% of the offered games just don’t work, random error messages upon launch. This does not happen on other sites.

Final point, the endless human checks can pop up whilst you’re in the middle of a bonus round, booting you out and cancelling the bet, returning the wager but not the bonus payout. Also, games will just boot you out for no reason whenever they want, sometimes when you reload the round will resume but other times the round will disappear and the bet will be cancelled.

I am terminating my account as there are many other casinos out there where you can just play without these constant interruptions, but credit where it’s due they always processed withdrawals instantly.
